Great location, clean, friendly, and plenty of parking space. ... $10 for 10 minute self wash. (I only needed about 5 mins for a 50lb short hair). ... The biggest thing that I loved is that you can use a lower water pressure setting here. Other places only have the high powered sprayer that can scare timid dogs and isnt always necessary for short haired dogs. You can also get a high water pressure setting here too but I didnt try that one out; I used the shower setting and it was perfect. The shampoo and conditioner all comes from the sprayer so it is quick and easy to use. The Water/Soap system is set up similar to what you would find at a car wash, except you can choose the lower water pressure shower setting if your dog is like ours. There is even a blow dryer hose if you need to blow away some of the water before towel drying. They also offer grooming services and you can find lots of good treats in the retail area. I highly recommend Crossroads Pets; Ill definitely be taking our dog again.

We just had our third visit for grooming and just havent had the best experiences. After this last one, we will not be returning. Nothing horrible, the groom is average/fine, but for $100 I expect better overall service. This past visit, they wrote us in on the wrong day, so we showed up for our appointment and were told we had to come back the next day, which ended up being very inconvenient. Every time has been pretty disorganized/unprofessional too, they have had trouble finding our paperwork, appointment, etc. We also found out the hard way that they bathe the dog, and then leave them for a very long time before they come back to groom the dog. My dog has high anxiety with groomers, so I was very frustrated when I called 3 hours after I had dropped her off, and they had just begun grooming her, and that it would be another hour. They also have left cotton balls in her ears each time. Just not the service I hoped for when paying so much money.

Great store and grooming service located in a historic home. I love the story behind what they do! If youve not been, you should check them out. Stumbled upon them one day after I took my dog to work with me and realized Id forgotten to pack his food. The woman behind the counter was very warm and inviting. Told me about the company and the their history. A great group of people.

It is really nice there Im getting a puppy and that was the first place I looked Im gong back there for supplies but Im getting my puppy elsewhere but they are down the street from my church

Great pet food selection. Adorable animals, but both times weve been the lady at the desk has been preoccupied with their phone over helping. Thats ok though. The owner is fantastic.
