My precious Annie has been cared for by EAH , Dr. Pardon and his staff in particular since she was six weeks old. They have saved her life many times and always have gone far beyond the call of duty in caring for her and always explain every treatment thoroughly. She is ten years old now and still acts like a puppy. I have never regretted one dollar I have paid them or one minute I have spent there. Annie is special to me and she is to them as well. Im sure there are cheaper vets around but I promise you there is not a more state-of-the-art facility or a group of people who are more genuinely concerned with the length and quality of pet life than Eastside Animal Hospital. I know for a fact that they have many patients who come from a considerable distance. I sincerely wish I could find a "people doctor" to treat me who took as much time to explain things and put as much careful thought and research into my treatment and quality of life as Dr. Pardon does Annie. I am so thankful to have found him.

My family and I’ve been entrusting the Eastside Animal Clinic Family since they opened Back in the day…. They’ve all been Amazingly kind and helpful every time anyone in our family visits them. Let me make something Perfectly Clear… My Animals are part of my FAMILY. Dr. Collier was the true voice of knowledge and kindness when my 18 year Riley Lou needed to go home to be with our Heavenly Father. His “bed side” manor along with everyone there couldn’t have been more concerned and kind. That was in 1998 or 1999, I’ve chosen to forget the year. Now Miss Icee Snow is completely Smitten with Dr. Kent Pardon and Miss Kayla Campbell. She Adores everyone at the Eastside Animal Clinic. I know when I go in with my precious girl that she’ll be treated with kindness and love. Have you ever seen a dog get so excited to go to the veterinary before???? Ive been both a client and an intern at this hospital, allowing me a unique perspective on the doctors and technicians. After all the time Ive spent there, I feel 100% comfortable leaving my own pets in their care. I have never met a more dedicated, caring, and humorous staff. The technicians take the time to make visits as comfortable as possible for patients and truly care about their well-being. They make it a point to remember client and patient preferences. The doctors are as different as day and night, but both Dr. Collier and Dr. Pardon are EXCELLENT veterinarians who truly care about their clients and patients. They are not out to nickel and dime people, as someone else mentioned earlier. They actually work very hard to make care affordable for clients. And the receptionist? She is THE friendliest person you will ever meet in your entire life. Altogether, this hospital is one of the best around.

In my opinion, Eastside Animal Hospital is the BEST animal hospital that Columbia, TN has. I was lucky to rotate through this clinic while I was a student at Columbia State. I can tell you that both doctors are amazing with the animals and they both show compassion to every critter that comes through their door...not only to the animals but to the people too! Both the technicians are awesome and I learned so much through them. Oh! cant forget the receptionist...shes pretty amazing too! I would gladly recommend this clinic to anybody because they are AWESOME and because I would know that my animal is in safe hands. :-)

This is definitely one of the BEST animal hospitals I have ever been to! Its easy to see how much the whole staff and the doctors care for their patients. You can be sure that your pet is going to get the greatest care possible here. I would definitely recommend Eastside Animal Hospital to anyone out there looking for a vet to go to! :)

We love east side vet and Dr. Pardon they have treated our babys for over 20 years.They truly love our pets. We have 6 little dogs and we have had more than that a few years ago we had 10!!! And Dr. Pardon has always been there for us day or into the night.Dr. Pardon is semi retired now but we still trust east side vet!!

This veterinary practice does a lot for a small local hospital. I have taken all my cats there and also used their boarding service. I have had the routine stuff done, as well as some major treatments such as dental surgery. The doctors and veterinary technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Still, felt like I was spending more money per visit than any other vet. Each visit would be no less than $100. Even for a simple yearly check up. Other vets in town offer same procedures with better pricing.
