I do not usually even take the time to write out a review of any business. In fact this is the first time Ive done it at all and its simply on principal. I am a knowledgeable musician and I know the value of my equipment. I fell on hard times and needed bill money. I had no choice but to take my 600 dollar bass in great condition to them and the moment I locked eyes with the older man at the counter I knew who I was dealing with. He and the younger guy with the ponytail treated me like I was the most ignorant person on earth and they intentionally preyed on my desperation to milk every penny out of me that they could. Rude, obnoxious, snobby, you name it..If there is a way to conduct TERRIBLE business, these guys wrote the damn book. and if this review doesnt keep you out of that place all you need to do is remember what I wrote and hopefully youll TURN AND WALK RIGHT THE HELL OUT. Oh..and I got 65 dollars for that bass by the way. It was on the floor as soon as it cleared for well over $400. Just sayin.

Was in Vero Beach on vacation and went into this shop. Had a wonderful experience! Talked/worked with three different employees there and all of them were very professional and very helpful! My boyfriend and I were looking at rings in the jewelry side and they made us feel very comfortable and spent a lot of time figuring out what we were looking for. Mike Sr. even custom makes many beautiful pieces himself! Will definitely come back here every time we visit Vero Beach!!!

I get a lot of stuff from these guys, whenever I called for something or an extension I got it no questions asked. If you dont make an effort to get your belongings after you pawn them, what do you expect to happen? No, Im not an employee an my name is Jeff Poole in case you are wondering. I enjoy doing business with these guys and will continue to do so for time to come. They are very unexpensive and reasonable to work with. Never an issue with customer satisfaction.

Top rate business and top rate employees. The owners are life long Vero Beach residents with A+ reputations! You will not find friendlier staff or better deals anywhere on the Treasure Coast! They have a vast array of musical instruments, musical gear, jewelry (gold, gems, diamonds, silver, whatever youre looking for), DVDs & blu-rays, games for the kids...why would you pay full price when you can get "like brand new" at TC? You wont regret shopping there!

You will never find another pawn shop that treats you the way they do. I love coming here the staff is always so helpful and kind and will help you out anyway they can. I went there and the people acted as if I was bothering them for even showing up. They quoted a price on something that I was selling without even looking at what brand it is or anything. These people are very rude. I felt very uncomfortable and very unwelcome. Save yourself the trip and go somewhere else. These people will treat you like garbage and offer you prices that they pull out of the air.

these guys suck...they have no professionalism at all ! ! just look at the reviews, more BAD than good...they thing doing verbal deals are good..their just being sneaky. NEVER ask for an extension over the phone. Get it on paper first and last name, date and witness.. I WAS A DEPUTY FOR 4 years TAKE MY WORD FOR IT !!

Terrible shop! I have been there 10 or so times with friends, family or just by myself weather Im buying, selling or just looking. every time I go there the people are always rude and disrespectful and never willing to help. Sick of there terrible customer service and will NOT go back there again.

Brought in my new watch for a battery replacement and they scratched up my watch and refused to do anything about it! Very rude and unapologetic! Owner told us "so what its only on the back" HORRIBLE SERVICE! Take your business elsewhere for jewelry repair or parts!

Great service. I shopped for video games and purchased 5 from a great selection. Very happy with them. My 7 year old was even helped with purchasing his own tackle box. Hes been begging to go back since. Very organized and friendly staff.

I shop at this pawn shop for over 20 plus years and will continue because of the great service and polite staff. I have shop from jewelry, electronic, tools, and car audio. There price are always reasonable and competitive.

Do not take anything there. They say they give you an extra seven days but it is not true. Never take anything there. Take it to Magic Money Pawn Shop on US1 next to the gas station north of 37th street.
