This place use to be rxcellent .. they have gone way down hill.. they are not consistant with pawn loans they show favoritism and they lie about the value of the product you will get the lowest priced offer of any pawn shop in the area. Also they discriminate against you if you default on pawns . Today tried to get a loan on a samsung galaxy S5 they said we are not taking any cell phones because people get loans then report them lost . First of allif this were the case the fact the person is identifiable by pawn loan would lead to a fraud inssurance claim and the persom would be arrested . I will persue a discrimination coplaint and notify BBB and also look into their pawn loan inconsistancies as to why they offer so.little when other pawns offer more and then they turn around and sell item for a high price this is considered fraud

I had visited 4 different pawn shops. Best Value, Elite Pawn, Colorado Pawn and Partners Pawn on the day I came here and none of them treated me in the rude manner I received at this store. I was thinking about selling two rings and I know a pawn shop wont offer much but I wanted to be sure I would be treated fairly and all the pawn shops I visited were happy to give me an offer similar to the others but this pawn shop felt like I was a waste of his time to even help me because I wouldnt tell him what the others offered me. Maybe the guy was having a bad day but WTF dont be a rude ass. I would never recommend a place who has a poor ass staff, maybe the rest are nice but he was my first impression. I highly recommend any pawn shop but this one.

What a bunch of jerks. Went to pick up a ring they had in lay away for me and they had sold it. Guess if you have 10 months to pay them you better call every month and show up...........they need to explain this to their customers!! I will NEVER go there again......and I have been a loyal customer for a long time. Guess that doesnt mean anything! YOU LOST A CUSTOMER!

I just went to that store on my lunch break and stood there for 15 min!!! No one even acknowledged that I was even there not even a hello or Ill be right with you... then I let the guy know that i was upset and he said " Oh you should stand by that sign so I know you need help !! Really? Obviously I need if I went there !!!!!!!!

a 19 inch HDTV and when I went "hah!" they asked "Wanna still sell it?". "Uh. No." Everything theyre selling was not much cheaper than retail. Cash America are flamboozlers. Recently went in again to pawn my 22 inch widescreen full hd monitor, as I had an emergency. They offered me $10. Avoid Cash America at all cost.

They are so rude and not good customer service. I have been there a few times and every time I go they are in there own world gossiping about everything but but business. They do not acknowledge your presents what so ever how do they expect to get sales. As im walking out they then realize im in he building !
