HORRIBLE!!! The owner is a nut job! I took my Samsung TV to put on loan. He low balled me at only $100. I looked at a cheaper smaller TV on the floor and saw a sticker price of $375. I asked if there was another pawn shop in the area and the owner, (Some foreign older guy with a heavy accent.) started yelling and cussing at me. Told me to leave his store and then started yelling homosexual comments. Completely rude and unprofessional. I struggled to find the door with a big TV in my hand, knowing they are packing heat behind the counter. Must, because nobody disrespects somebody else in that manner unprovoked. It was as if they were trying to pick a fight with me or something. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

The employees were friendly and knowledgeable, about all kinds of stuff, such as firearms, electronics, & jewelry. RUDE - CRIMINALS they dont want to sell you back your pawn i went in with a notarized letter authorizing me to buy back a bracelet my son had pawned and they threw me out - it had all the correct information and they would not accept it - they should be arrested for robbery STAY FAR AWAY unless you want to be ripped off

This was the most rudest pawn shop I ever stepped in in my entire life and I have been in pawn shops all over the United States.The manager told me welcome to Florida as a justification for being rude to me.I advise anyone to never step foot in this pawn shop because they care absolutely nothing about their customers.
