Best Value J&P advertised on Craigs List 2 Audio Technica turntables which were just what I was looking for. I only needed one. Upon inspecting the turntables neither one had the needle cartridge. Whatever employee took in the turntables neglected to figure this out. The price they wanted for these used turntables if they had included the necessary parts would have been an okay deal. But to have to buy the needle to use with these used turntables I could buy a new one for less. Not a good experience and I wasted a lot of time and gas to travel there.

I have never experienced such horrible customer service! The two employees that were completely rude and unprofessional, were the managers of all people! I will never go back there and give them any business EVER AGAIN! When I requested to get some sort of corporate number to complain about the service, the woman manager was so disrespectful and had an attitude. I do not recommend this pawn shop to anyone!!!

This has to be one of best Pawn shops in town. They are so customer friendly. We buy alot of stuff from them as well as sold and pawned items. Doug is one of the best sales people in the store, We just purchased a TV this weekend and Doug was the best...Customer for life here.

Just an okay Pawn Shop. Purchased a few items but found out you have to buy a certain amount if you plan on using Debit. Also didnt care for the workers language.

Even though they have two store fronts, the selection is small and not the greatest. To purchase a product, its a whole process... Slow and needs to be updated.
