As a customer service employee, this is probably one of the worse experiences as a customer I ever had. Driving from Hollywood to Le Jeune rd to Miami is a trip by it self. I got to the shop at 11:10 this past Sunday to PURCHASE (not to look at) a handgun. I even bought a colada for the crew....I explained the counter person that this was my first handgun and needed some advise. Well none was given for the 2 counter employees and a visitor where too busy face-timing with a 6 month old baby. Every time I wanted to ask a question I was met with "rolling eyes" " Im sorry (I said) are you busy with something else.? There was NO ONE else in the store. I was frustrated and decided not to waste my time anymore so I said my goodbyes and started walking out when the employee said "Have a good day Im at your service" I replied " If you where at my service I would have purchased a gun today" They didnt deserved the colada I left there. I do appreciated the honesty of " Those are the prices we put on the ARMSLIST-they are there to bring people in" NEVER again...and no...NOT recommended Bought a handgun in Ft Lauderdale 2 hours later..Not even a star deserved.

well the people that work there are very help full and very nice , but i cant say the same about there mngmnt. went there for a shotgun and found the one i really wanted after looking on the internet for a few days and after all ready buying a few firearms all ready from them he would not be help full in working with me on the down payment just to hold till i came back the very next day to perches it , very disappointing that he dose not care about his customers needs or work with them , will not buy any more firearms from them any more very disappointing, to bad he cant be like his employees , friendly serves and loyalty to a repeat customers .

Its just another pawn shop with little to no customer service. I went in seriously considering to buy an item they had there, and the man at the counter was so rude that I changed my mind. The price for the item I wanted was a little high and could of bought a new one for just a bit more (which is exactly what i did). Be careful about these other reviews that sound like its an advertisement for the shop because they probably are.

Drove 45 minutes to get there to find out that the item that they listed "was not there" . I called the store 5 times before coming in but could never get an answer as "their phones were acting up" .Even after the item I came for was not available I inquired about another , but they did not even make an effort to work with me despite being mislead and having to drive such a far distance. Total waste of time and gas.

I guess Im the only one thats had a pleasant experience with the guys at this Pawn Shop, picked up a firearm Ive been looking for for months and they got it in at way below regular asking price. I would do business with them again. Besides, Im not there to take there advice, Im just there to shop for what I want/need

Excellent service!! The only pawn shop around the area that takes almost everything. I was attended by Harvey who was very professional & helpful. Smooth transaction, in and out. The staff is highly knowledgeable on firearms and jewelry.

These guys advertize: from 50% off but sell $50 less than msrp on guns and that is for used ones. Place is a mess
