The management and employees at this store are very rude. They are unprofessional in the way they handle the customers and have, what seems to be, a superiority complex. I would strongly recommend going to the surrounding pawnshops in that area instead. Pawn Max or Peoples Pawn. Peoples pawn and Pawn Max also offer a courtesy extension if you are unable to make it in to make a payment. Cash America does NOT. They will pull your item. So if you are out of town or in the hospital or in a situation that does not allow you the ability to come in and make a payment, it will be defaulted and sold. Pawn Max will definitely help you out. I have had a situation where I could not make it in for two days and they notated my situation and they put an extension on it so that it did not get sold.

The customer service is horrible. Every time I call and ask for something they dont know what they have and ask me to come to the store. When I go to the store its a waste of time because they dont even have what I want. The pawn max next door has far better customer service

Yes the employees are little slow even when there are no customers. But they give you the best amount on loans.
