Let me start off by saying that I bought my Mazda 3 at this dealership and the car buying experience I had was actually great. The service department on the other hand has been hands down the worst experiences Ive ever had and will not be returning for business at this dealership. A few weeks ago, I had to replace my tires and so I made an appointment to have them mounted and balanced. I showed up and while getting the work done the service adviser approached me and said I needed a 4 wheel alignment even though my old tires were wearing evenly and my steering wheel was straight and my car didnt sway from center. I figured it would be a good idea though having a new set of tires put on. They showed me a printout of the alignment being out of spec so I told them to go ahead and do it. After the work was completed, I asked to see a printout of the before and after spec sheets to compare the two. The adviser said they didnt save the information and so I asked how I was supposed to know the work was completed or not? The adviser went back and 10 minutes later came back with the just the results but nothing to compare to the original readings. I received the bill which included a $15 "shop charge" that I wasnt quoted I would be paying in the price over the phone. When I asked what the shop charge was, I was told it was for disposing of chemicals, and that everyone has to pay the shop charge. There shouldnt have been disposal of anything in the service they completed on my car. I know that some dealers charge a recycle fee for old tires, but I was keeping the tires that were taken off my car. At that point I was fed up and just wanted to leave and not go back. Upon leaving I thought everything was okay until the next day when I was driving on the highway and noticed my car easily drifting to the left if I let go of the steering wheel. It was so bad that if I wasnt constantly pulling the wheel to the right it would want to veer to the left. I took the car back and sure enough the car was not in correct alignment. So I believe either they didnt do anything the first time I brought my car in, or they didnt do the alignment correctly the first time around even though the spec sheet they gave me showed it was within spec. In any case, they did end up fixing the alignment and I thought that would be it. A week later driving to work on the highway my rear passenger tire immediately goes flat almost causing me to go off the road. When pulling over to change the tire I notice the valve stem was sheered off. When inspecting the other tires, my front passenger side valve stem looked as if it had been cut with wire dikes, when I wiggled the valve stem it broke off and that tire immediately lost all air pressure as well. Im writing this post to warn people to stay away from this service department. Can I prove that the service department damaged the valve stems... no I cannot, but I find it very suspicious that it happened within a week of having a bad experience at the dealership and looking at the valve stems on the driver side are completely in tact, with no signs of damage. I would have expected the dealership to tell me my valve stems should be replaced when they replaced my tires. I will never step foot in this dealership again as I dont have trust in the service department and have little respect for businesses that tell you a price then tack on hidden fees, dont do the work correctly that they say they are doing, and possibly endanger the safety of myself and others. update: I would like to say that Steve Carter reached out to me and took my concerns very seriously and went above and beyond to make things right. I would like to say that I am impressed with how the owner reached out to me and sincerely cared about my experience and made things right. When it comes time to purchase a new vehicle in the future people should really consider this dealership as I will. The owner really went out of his way to come up with a solution that was satisfactory for me and I think that means a lot. :)

Bottom Line: You will be happy you found Mazda of Manchester, Salesman Ron Sloan, and Sales Manager Lisa Friedrich if you so happen to have the opportunity. As many do, my wife and I spent several weeks looking for just the right new vehicle for our budget and lifestyle, as well as our individual comfort related nuances. Of all the dealers we worked with, and believe me we did our homework, including Honda, Toyota, Kia, Hyundai, Subaru, Nissan, and Ford, this team and organization was head and shoulders above the rest. Polite, courteous, low-pressure, good listeners, detailed product knowledge, and simply a pleasant environment are just a few descriptors that come to mind. Sure, we can all gather a ton of information about vehicle specifics, performance measurements, horsepower and cubic storage, specialists reviews (Car and Driver, Edmunds, Consumer Reports, J.D. Powers, etc.), MSRPs of models at manufacturers websites, and input from acquaintances. But, in the end, buying a relatively expensive item like an automobile should still, and likely will, come down to the human experience, the confidence in the dealership, comfort in interacting with the individuals representing the company, and their help in clearly understanding the specifics of the item you acquired (performance, reliability, service requirements, comfort, longevity of the brand, safety, technology, etc.). With that said, I think you will feel confident and quite content in having made a good choice if you happen along to find Ron, Lisa, and the team at Mazda of Manchester. Do yourself a favor, and seek them out!

Mazda of Manchester has a lot of positive reviews and they are all well-deserved. My experience with Mazda of Manchester was exceptional from the moment I walked on the lot. The salespeople were professional and friendly but not pushy, and they were happy to negotiate on price in a reasonable and respectful manner. Any issues or concerns that I had were addressed promptly both before and after my purchase. As happy as I was with the sales experience, I was even more impressed with Mazda of Manchester after my purchase. The vehicle I bought is both unique and more than a decade old, so its well past the factory warranty. Mazda of Manchester ensured that the required high-mileage maintenance was done on the vehicle before I drove it off the lot, and they offered a 60 day warranty. A few weeks after that 60 day warranty expired I had an issue with the car. When I contacted them about the problem, they were more than willing to cover the repairs under the warranty even though it had expired. The service department were patient and polite when explaining the issue to me and ensured that I understood what had happened and why. In research Ive done online in Mazda owner forums and sites, Mazda of Manchester is often mentioned as a good, reliable, high quality business. In my experience, they certainly live up to that reputation.

I was saving up for a new care recently and when my 97 Mercury Tracer finally kicked the bucket it was time for a change. I wanted something fairly new with low miles that I wouldnt replace in just a few years. I knew around what I wanted for how much. I was looking for a Mazda 3 hatchback in the 2008+ age group. While I didnt find a hatchback 3 in their pre-owned section I found the one that I wanted. 2012 Mazda 3 with 49k miles. Rich was super helpful and offered on the spot to take it for a drive. I fell in love with the smooth ride and the tiptronic transmission. When we talked numbers I thought it was going to be the hard part. But everyone made it really easy and got me approved that day. After calling my insurance company and changing my insurance to the new car I was able to get everything signed that day and take her home. The best part was the service of Rich when we had to call the insurance company several times to get the entire thing with them sorted out. Rich even asked to speak with the insurance rep after I verified information with them and asked to get it sorted out for us. I would definitely recommend them to everyone looking for a long term car.
