I go in for injector cups and come out with and oil leak. The mechanic contridicts every he says. One minute hes saying he didnt drive next thing hes saying it ran for 2 hours then when asked about the new oil leak he says he noticed some wetness when he was working on the injector cup. 1: what kind of mechanic doesnt mention that when he 1st views it. 2: when I picked the truck up we specifically asked if there were any leak and he tells us straight to our faces "no". Then argues with us is not leaking, "its just damp" seriously.... I had a puddle at work and it was dripping on my axle below. I tell him this and he looks in the wheel well not the area I said it was leaking on. Every single thing that came out of mechanics mouth contridicts what he says 2 minutes before. He kept changing his story to cover himself from being liable for causing an oil leak. After speaking with Mike the owner of the business. He kept threatening a lawsuit on me unless i dropped the BBB report. Then when he sent me a invoice breakdown to fix the issue that they caused I noticed something funky. In the original invoice that Greg (the mechanic) sent showing me the breakdown of a previous invoice for a job they just did for the exact same repair it shows their hourly rate as 85$ an hour. Then on the invoice that Mike provided me shows a 95$ an hour rate. The invoice for my repair doesnt give any breakdown for costs for anything. Also comparing my invoice to the original invoice given to me to show me what exactly is to be done on my truck (since according to greg it was the exact same job) they invoices do not have the same parts repaired which is the difference of the $200 they so called "saved me". To me this raises red flags. I also have text documentation showing that Greg knew about the leak but neglected to tell us until we confronted him after my truck was found with a puddle of oil underneath it. Do not bring your vehicles here. Even trying to get the truck fixed the the owner Mike is very demeaning and kept calling me "little girly" 100% disrespectful.

I got a pretty fair deal on my Nissan Titan that had many upgrades on it. When I took for a Test drive I didnt notice anything wrong with it. Maybe a few weeks later I noticed some squealing noises etc from the left front. Brought back to have looked at. I guess its the lower ball joint as there was three of the mechanics who looked at it at the same time. Its going to get fixed and also an alignment as well for free. Mike said to me that hes going to take care of it for me , that he appreciated my business. Not many used car dealers would say that. Not sure why some of those two negative reviews. They also fixed the control know sensor after I already drove off with the deal and then realizing the air was stuck in one speed. They never gave me a run around and both art and mike were straight and honest and were of word to me

not my best experience. not my worst. realy nice guys but, dont follow thru stufff in a timelt manner took 3 weeks tonget 2 lights and was suppose to address other problem we had informed them.about them the run arond started very aggravating. 1 guy saud one thing the other said something else the mechanic said yup its broke. they ju as t did not want to pay to fix it so they just.kept chamging there mind we will cone to you no you bring it and so on. i got there game so get any thing you.are.buying.from them checked out before you give.them a check them you.dont have to deal with the bull

I got a great deal on a hard to find very clean small Ford pickup. I took it for a very long test drive to my shop for an inspection and they found a couple issues. Art and Mike had them all fixed inhouse 100%. We worked out a very fair deal. I ended up paying below KBB value. Had a helpful solid cash down payment. I have no idea what those other two reviewers are talking about. These guys know trucks and they sell a lot of them and have a great reputation in Manchester!

DONT buy anything from these people till you do some research. They mark up from suggested retail. Who would like to spend 10,000 dollars over retail value.... not me. Shop around guaranteed to find a better deal.
