While my experience wasnt horrendous, I wouldnt go recommending this place to friends or family anytime soon. There are plenty of reputable used car dealerships around the New England area, and this is not one of them. Ive had the car a month and am about to take it in for the second time. The day I drove it away I made it halfway home (an hour and a half away) before realizing I only had one functioning headlight...something you think that would have been covered in the safety check they claimed to have done. Also, two weeks after that I went to use my defroster only to find it didnt work. I called them expecting them to apologize and offer to fix the defroster. Instead the man who sold it to me told me it must be my fault. It was fall, and I only noticed it was broken the first time I had to use it on a unexpected snowy night. He spoke to me rudely and insisted I must had "done something". He told me that although the warranty lasted another month, this did not fall under it. The man I spoked to was so disrespectful to me on the phone I chose to pay out of pocket and get it fixed elsewhere.

This dealer employs horrible business practices. They purchase high mileage vehicles with problems, do not offer any sort of warranty, and overcharge. They do not do carfax reports, refuse to, and when i ran one on a vehicle, I found an accident on a car that the dealer claimed was accident free. Their contracts are not explained and full of fine print that will take your money in any way possible. They do not care about who they are selling to or what they are selling, they simply try to rip you off and get the car off the lot. And on top of it, the dealer is absolutely rude, uneducated and talks down to his employees and anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Do not support this car dealer, they are shady and rude and not deserving of their dealer license. They will steal your money!

Recently purchased my maxima from them and Im impressed. I have really bad credit and they treated me with the most respect. After searching through car dealers I saw a big difference. I didnt feel pressured at all and they helped me in every way possible. Just when I thought I was stuck with no car and bad credit with dealers turning me down, these guys pretty much saved me. Purchased three vehicles for the family. Prices very reasonable salesman very helpful and courteous. All vehicles well within expectations and have enjoyed my daily drivers. They do not finance vehiclesbut at the prices better rates may be available through your own bank. Would recommend to anyone looking for price.

HORRIBLE SERVICE... HORRIBLE CARS.... OVER PRICED... SWINDLERS BUYER BEWARE!!!! REMEMBER ANYTHING OVER 7RS OLD ONLY HAS A 30 DAY WARRANTY... THIS COMPANY BUYS IRREPARABLE CARS AND SELLS THEM WITH TEMPORARY FIXES SO PURCHASER CAN DRIVE OFF THE LOT... NO BUENO!!!!
