While I live roughly an hour away, I was in search of a new Grand Cherokee, and was not willing to utilize any of the larger Jeep dealerships nearby. After being referred to Lawrence at Madison Chrysler, I was able to coordinate a meet-up time with him where he offered to show me a few key differences between a few models I was looking into (Limited, Trailhawk, and 75th Anniversary Edition). Lawrence was patient, knowledgable, and most importantly, more than willing to ensure I was comfortable with my purchase. After sitting in each model, exploring the features, and comparing the three of them, I was able to narrow my choice down to the Limited. Since the dealership happened to have a model with the options and color combination I wanted, Lawrence was able to immediately show me purchasing and leasing options; we agreed to finalize the sale later that week. During the course of finalizing the sale, Lawrence and Brandon both provided calls and emails providing updates, and were quick to follow-up. No questions were left unanswered, and I truly felt as though I was receiving all of the attention I needed to make my purchase as easy as possible. Upon delivery, the vehicle was well-prepared, all final questions were answered, and I did not feel stressed in any way. Lawrence again was able to answer all of my questions, and treated me more like a family member than a customer. As a final touch, I not only received follow-up emails, but also received a follow-up call from Lawrence to ensure that everything with the new Jeep was going well. The kind of respect, patience, and care that were shown by Lawrence and the folks at Madison Chrysler is truly outstanding, and is much appreciated.

This is a difficult review for me. I was very pleased when I left the dealership after purchasing a a jeep in August. They were fair on the sales price, fair on my trade in, courteous and friendly. I met several employees, managers, and ownership while waiting for paperwork to be completed and enjoyed the conversation with each of them. My issues are with the finance manager, Lawrence Liseo. Larry called me 2 weeks after the purchase requesting $32 because he incorrectly calculated the registration fee. Thats right, Thirty-Two Dollars. He aggressively called several times over 2 weeks even when I mentioned I was on vacation he continued to leave voicemails. He threatened to hold my registration, refused to waive the shortage and wouldnt let me talk with his manager (TJ). Based on the fact that they made plenty of money off me in the transaction and chased me for $32, I cannot recommend anyone shop here nor will I go back for another purchase or service. Apparently they need $32 more than I do. I didnt complain when they delivered the vehicle without detailing it and only 1/2 tank of fuel. If you decide to purchase a vehicle from Madison, watch out for Larry! Their motto sums it up, "treat people the way you WISH you could be treated", I now know how Larry wants to be treated.

Just picked up a 2017 Jeep Patriot from Madison - Jeep and I am very pleased with the whole process. I initially went on a car buying service and then brought the three competitive quotes into Madison - Jeep. Spoke with Najee, one of their Sales Consultants, and picked out what I wanted; and then we spoke with Mike, their Sales manager, who sharpened his pencil and beat the three competitive quotes. We then sat down with Lawrence, their loan officer, and the paperwork was a breeze. This is my second Jeep from Madison - Jeep and I do plan on coming back in the next five years for my third. Found truck via computer and had immediate contact by general manager Mike who advised a salesman would be in contact, which we were quickly called by Brandon. Young energetic salesman who was a pleasure to work with. He had constant communications and answered question even after hours.
