What I loved about the "Central" experience was how grounded my sales Rep Dana Potter was. There was no greasy feeling, no feeling of "I want to take a shower when I get out of here" that I experienced with other dealers in my lifetime. He was low pressure, all about education so that I could make an informed decision. He was patient, steering me when I was unsure, and asking the right questions of me to let me make my own decision on what model I wanted to settle on. His gentle guidance was refreshing amongst the throngs of pushy slick sales reps Ive experienced in the past. My deal was fair and accurate for my trade in, I felt good about signing the deal. After my decision was made, I was then very happy with my dealings with Kathy Jones. Her professionalism and love of her job was clearly evident to me. Again, I was advised with education, not forced to make quick decisions. There was not one bit of buyers remorse that day nor in the days since Ive had the vehicle. Kathy was a joy to work with to finish my deal. The staff I viewed while in the dealership appeared happy and engaged not only with customers, but with each other. Thats important to me -- not to see discourse which would have been a distraction during my decision making. The appearance of the dealership was excellent also. I felt comfortable and welcomed by the people and the surroundings. I will definitely refer friends and relatives to Central! Thank you for a great experience.

Worst car dealership in the area. I will never be doing business with Chevy again and I will never let anyone I know use them again either. I purchased a Volt about a year ago, had some problems with the steering so I took it to get fixed then I went on a road trip south maybe two days later and the steering broke again and then another 3 times on the way to my destination. I was forced to drop my summer course I was taking at UMass because my trip was extended an extra week since they failed to provide a rental. I am still responsible for the bill for my course, the trip cost me over a thousand dollars more than it should have, and the car gave me problems again as soon as I picked it up. Central does not seem to care at all that my steering gives out on the highway and the electronic screens go completely dark. I am terrified to drive the car I owe about 30 thousand dollars on and they are refusing to work out a repurchase. I was sold a defective car and they would rather me risk my life driving it then admit this wrong doing and work with me. This has gone on for weeks now please if you care about yourself or whoever will be in the car you are planning on purchasing DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! I would also like to add that I spoke with one of the managers, Pierre, to simply ask about this and he verbally abused me on the phone to the point of tears. I wish I had it recorded. I have never been more disgusted with someone in service.

My experience with Central Chevrolet was AWESOME!!!! First I want to say that through the years I had learned to hate the stress of car shopping, however the staff at Central made me feel comfortable, were very patient and took the time to make me understand all the options I had available to purchase and finance without ever making me feel pressured. I left feeling like I got the best deal on my trade-in, the best car for my needs and a finance option that I had never considered, leasing, and it was explained so that I completely understood it. I would like to thank Todd for setting up an appointment with Ed OGrady and Dana Potter who both worked as true professionals with a clear understanding of their products and Kathleen for her fast and friendly handling of all my paperwork and right down to Luis who made a fast and easy job of getting my inspection sticker. They all were so nice,so friendly,and put in a lot of effort to their jobs that they clearly love. This is the first time I have left a car dealer with a new car and not second guessed any part of my purchase decision. I am now a VERY HAPPY and true lifelong customer of Central Chevrolet!!! :) Thank You!

We purchased a 2012 Equinox LTZ, and we love our new car. Steve Brown, our salesperson, was great. He had all the answers to my many questions. We were Buick owners forever and traded in a 2001 Buick LeSabre Presidential. We bought it used and drove it for 10 years. This purchase was going to be an SUV and the Buicks did not live up to what I wanted in an SUV. The Equinox does. It has all the legroom we wanted. It has all the extra features we wanted. We also found one that is a V6. It is gorgeous and we got a very good and fair deal. Central Chevrolet provides amazing service. From the very user friendly website to Steve Brown, the salesperson that helped us, it was perfect. I was able to do all my homework on the website, and found the three cars I thought I wanted. Steve greeted us when we arrived at the dealership and we test drove our car. The credit department was amazing and Melissa got our loan all set up. The trade in amount for our Buick was fair, and we drove our beautiful Equinox home that very day! I cant say enough about Central Chevrolet. Every person there is friendly and helpful and we sure do love being SUV owners. We are Chevy people now!

I had a recall that I brought my husbands vib in for . They fixed it prefectly. No charge .In the process of fixing the recall the air conditioning when I received it back was not blowing air it came on but the air was not coming out the vents. I came back right away and they said no problem well look into it . So they took the car back in and opened it up and then brought me back to were they were working on it. There was a massive mouse nest in it and it had shifted and was blocking the the vent follow . They also said that was in and around the air conditioner filter that I know has never been cleaned or changed. So they could of just pulled the nest out and left the dirty filter .but they asked what would I like to do. I would of course want a new filter . They only charger me for the filter i think it was about 50 dollars and I left happy and with ice cold air on a very hot day .the nest would have shifted no doubt on the rides to maine that are usually 4 hrs up and 4 hours back and no air I would have been miserable. So thank you for finding it. They are honest and not bad on price.

Our sales rep was straightforward, polite and knowledgable. We went in looking for a company truck and he recommended a slightly different vehicle from what we would have chosen without his input. I think we ended up with a truck thats better for our needs thanks to him. We called several General Motors truck dealers in the area, and Central proved to be the most knowledgable and responsive. We wanted a plow, and our sales rep took care of that which was again a big timesaver as opposed to us buying the truck and taking it for a separate plow install - which is what another dealer proposed. Given that the products are the same (A Chevy truck is the same wherever we buy it) the attitude of dealer personnel was key and I give Central high marks in that regard. I appreciate that he made the whole process very simple, and no effort was made to sell us "fluff" we didt want or need. We ended up with s solid, practical truck and I look forward to it giving years of good service. just as our other company-owned GM vehicles have always done.
