Dont bother with this store. Wall to wall junk. Anything of value way overpriced. I went in on a whim just passing by. Inside I found about a dozen fishing rods. Most labeled as 3.98. Took a rod up and was rudely advised by a low class cashier that this rods was not $3.98. No explanation, she took the rod back and repriced it and then placed it back in the dirty bin with other rods. It was now priced at 39.98. Keep in mind folks this rods combo is $40 brand new. No explanation. So after 5 minutes I ask for a manager and yet another cashier with an attitude (presumably upset about her position in life) comes out. This is apparently the asst manager. This cretin insinuates that someone changed the price tags and that they have cameras that monitor things. At this point I get very angry at the insinuation and I said great lets go look at the camera footage. Of course she declines and then says I wasnt insinuating you did this. Anyone with any type of IQ above 75 would take this as an insult ( but not a goodwill cashier). Now, had these low life cashiers just admitted they made a mistake this wouldnt have been a problem. Of course a Goodwill cashier would never make any mistake in life right?? And they would never make a mistake pricing thousands of items of mostly junk. At this point I asked for the real manager and of course they pushed back. Finally I got a phone number to a manager that wasnt there on a Monday. I will be taking this all the way to the corporate office.

I go here all the time and spend a lot of money on electronics and video games but lately the prices are just ridicules, all video games are now $5.26, meanwhile most of the games they have there are on eBay for 1$ especially since most are sport games, they were selling a loose ps2 with no cables no games no controllers for $40. And last but not least they allow some guy to go back there and buy all the games from the truck before they even make it inside the store. They need to go back to charging reasonable prices for games like 1.99 or 2.99 max and also they need to make a policy that all inventory needs to be sold inside the store only. And last but not least if I am spending money there almost everyday I should get some sort of customer loyalty discount. After all I donate almost every day I am there and the money doesnt even go to charity it goes to the goodwill CEOs pockets. Other than that the staff is really nice

I went here in search of a microwave oven and there were a few to choose from; 2 of them were too large for my purposes but the third one was 900 watts and in excellent condition. It cost $19.99 so it was a great buy. Please note, they do not accept returns or exchanges, so the sales clerk advised me to plug it in an outlet they have in the store fir this purpose and it worked fine; I went home and cooked a frozen dinner and it was fine. They even helped carry it to car.

From one of our advertising customers :"Would not let me use the restroom because they were painting it and I actually defecated on myself. Approach the manager about it and she was on wavering that they were afraid to get sued because someone got paint on their clothes. I also put a call in to the district manager someone promised me they would return my call and no one has called me back. Some of the employees here act like they are guards in a prison. Prices too high"

Knowing that the purchase of these items goes to good causes in helping folks with employment, some of this stuff is still priced ludicrously. Just being in the store for less than 5 minutes showed how many items are priced near identical to the original retail price of said item. Its obvious items are priced arbitrarily and if anything, on the higher side.

The staff workers were rude and unhelpful. Over priced and couldnt find anything. The racks of clothes were so stuffed you couldnt get anything out. It was messy and when I went looking for a small glass meat loaf dish they were charging 6 dollars, it was so dirty it wasnt even worth it! Plus you can get the same dish new for the same price.

They want to charge new prices for "very" used items. Staff is not helpful or courteous in any way. Clothes are barely organized at all, not sorted by size or gender in the childrens section. They barely sort by gender in the adults section. Feels more like being taken advantage of than anything.

Im crying tears for poor Jen Jen! Poor little girl!!! 1) It is NOT over-priced. 2) Staff workers are friendly! 3) I laughed out loud when she said it was messy! (Good one Jen!) You try working there a few hours and see how friendly you are!

For a nonprofit, they sure price gouge. Walls are filled with aftermarket goods. Things are priced ridiculously high for secondhand. They run it like a business and not like a charity.

Racks are overstuffed and household items overly cluttered/messy. Are they serious with the prices? The quality of the items are not at all what they should be given what they charge!

Youll find unique stuff here all the time because of its central location to Clearwater, Largo, and Pinellas Park. The prices are also pretty good.
