This place has change the customer service is poor, the only time I see customer service is when the owner is in there. A few months ago I purchased a bouncer from them for $45 dollars that was missing a small piece, I wasnt to concerned about it so I bought it anyways. I usually take my kids things there when they out grow it l, and when I tried taking this back along with other items they told me they could not take it because of the missing piece. I was not happy whatsoever only because I bought the bouncer that way from them. The whole time that girl stayed on the business for having conversation, and the other girl was just rude all around. Did not feel welcomed at all. Never returning there again!

Its a shame I even have to give this place a star. If I could I would give it none. The staff is unorganized, lazy and a bit rude. This is my third time here and have not had a pleasant experience any of the 3 visits. The most recent. visit, I brought my stuff in to sell. It was busy which is fine and was told to come in 2 hours. I get a call and was told they could not purchase my stuff because it was damp and stained no way any of this was true considering the clothes was in a vacuum bag and used 1-3 times at least by my son. In all honesty I dont think they even went through the items! There was a brand new jacket still packaged WITH THE TAG! I absolutely do not recommend this location !

I recently brought a basket full of clothes and they told me it would be 45mins but instead if was 2hours. They took 3 items out of a basket full of the clothes. They didnt even look at the bottom of the basket where I had brand new clothes from DILLARDS & MACY w/ tags, plus school uniforms, Jordans and Nike shoes only work 2x. I felt discriminated. They assumed all my stuff was old because the old items was placed on top They didnt take the time to look thru all my items but I must say the one in brandon is the same way in my opinion. They never greet me when I walk in their store. Wesley Chapel has the best customer service. They always are friendly and honest!

Went over there for the first time to sale my baby stuff that barely used and way so clean, really in such great condition since its barely used. I bought all of them brand new and expensive since Im a first time mother and wants the best and new for my child. They call me 30 mins to come back and when I do they only wants 3 of my stuff which are the the most pricey of all and told me the price that they will pay for it. At first I thought I heard it wrong but yah I heard it right, so long story short I took all my stuff back home. I would rather donate it or give it to family than sale it for rediculous price they offer. Will never back again.

This store is a mess. The manger is very rude. I came in there over the weekend and drop off a few clothes and bedding. She told me it was 2 hr wait which I was okay with. When I came back to cash out she told me they didnt buy anything but when I looked through my stuff everything was folded perfectly the way I had folded. She didnt go through anything and said all my stuff was stained and the bedding was worn out. Which is a LIE! I kept my son things well kept she acted like she need things brand new when everything in that store looked really used. She has horrible customer skills. WONT GO THERE!

I liked this store and my experience. Everything i liked was very good priced in my opinion. I cant say that I was floored with the service, but when I asked questions I was answered politely. I mean,The winner is the buyer....its a consignment store to find deals, not a Macys. In comparison with baby boomerang down the street, thats overpriced on everything and rude, I really liked this store. I do agree with one reviewer that mentioned that the racks are overloaded... It did make it a difficult to take out and put back clothes on the rack. All in all, ill be returning.

one can find good things here and they are in great used condition but for being used they are way overpriced and considering when one sells baby goods the seller only gets the most nominal of cash return items should be priced lower. They need to clean the store out as its hard to look through bc it is sooooo overpacked with clothes!! And most of the shoes are just gross, esp boys. God help you if you get the older curly haired Spanish speaking short lady who works there bc she is so rude and unhelpful. The owner is very nice though.

uhhh..Im going to have to agree that the staff is rude,indifferent and not helpful at all. As far as the merchandise. I have found some nice clothes here so I will give credit for that. Just wish the staff were happy and pleasant. When you have multiple complaints about the staff maybe its time to take a look. And I am pretty easy going, I can usually tolerate mediocre service but this place takes the cake. If the staff dont like their job then Im sure there are quite a few people who would love to have a job.

Worst experience ever. When I came in with my girls, they had wet umbrellas because it was raining outside. When coming in the lady told us to leave our umbrellas by the door. So my daughter 9 and 3 leave their umbrellas. After shopping I go to walk out my 3 year old is crying because someone stole her umbrella and then they had the nerve to tell they cant do anything about it. Manager is very rude. A shirt here is like $2 less than a new shirt at Walmart or Ross. Being a store that sells used items, I would never buy from here. I walked out right when I looked at their prices. Everything is over priced! But you never know, if there is something specific you are looking for, go browse, they do have a lot of clothing.

I love the clothes at this store. They never take anything with stains on the clothes and they are cheaper than buying them from most other consignment shops. Although the staff is NOT the nicest, you only have to deal with them at checkout. They have the best unstained clothes for the right amount of money.

I call to find out if they have a particular dvd and the lady tells me she doesnt know and they have alot of dvds?! Thats ok, Ill call walmart that has multiple aisles of dvds and they will get off their lazy butts and go look for me. They will never get my business, Ill pay the extra bucks to get it new.

Horrible customer service. Dont take your stuff there they rip you off. I miss the one off of dale mabry. Its sad when you take your stuff there, obviously because you need extra cash, and they still rip you off. Awesome day , anyone know anywhere else to take stuff and get your moneys worth?
