I took my Mother shopping for some much needed clothes for a curise she will be taking May 24th. Decided she would not shop any where but Stein Mart. We walked in and a very nice lady greeted us and asked if she could help us find something. Let me tell you she did more than help she put together many outfits which could be mixed and matched to create an even bigger wadrobe. She made our family day out with our Mother the most fun we have had in years. The store clerks name was Isabella. Let me tell you she was knowledgable, helpful, and so much fun. The new clothes she picked out gave our Mother a more youthful look for the stunning person she already is. Our family delighted in all the help and fun she provided this past Saturday. We fell in love with her and because of her we will be shopping with Stein Mart in Hendersonville again. This store has a true gem in Isabella. We have not stopped talking about her and our shopping spree.

Messy cramped walkspaces that leave anybody with disability issues unable to use, no staff in uniform so its difficult to differentiate between them and custimers,l. Staff seem to not want to talk to customers and are oblivious when I asked for help at the register because they were "busy".

Asked cashier if there was additional 10% of if I use Stein Mart card. She said no but I have e-mail saying their was. I showed her the E-mail on my phone. I then cant home and called the store but was told the same.

I only shop when they have a great sale. Most of their inventory is priced way to high for the quality.
