Beautiful store + merchandise but the customer service is very poor. Instead of nicely and calmly explaining that I couldnt return a gift I was given, I received attitude and could not get a straight answer. I was not trying to cheat the system in any way, just wanted to return the items and get something else. And since I did not originally purchase the item, I was unaware that it was a final sale. But that only needed to be explained. The way it was handled was insulting and unprofessional. Good luck making returns here.

I went in to Juxtapose the other day, just to waste some time and look around. Right when I walked in I fell in LOVE with everything there! The two ladies working, who I later found out own the store, were amazing. Just the right amount of help and hospitality without being overwhelming or feel like Im being pushed into a sale. They helped me pick out some gifts for friends as well as an amazing outfit I cannot wait to wear. I plan to make a trip every time I am in the Tampa area!

Nice little store to buy a gift. St Pete Sundial location is much better than the Tampa location. Better store layout, better product. Good collection of gifts and stuff. Return policy is a little wacky. The owner is nice, her sister is a little stand offish and fake though.

Juxtapose is my FAVORITE store, the only thing better than one Juxtapose store is TWO! Sundial store is just as lovely as Hyde Park! I love the clothes, gifts, decor, and more--I can never buy enough! The owners & sisters are delightful and beautiful!!!!
