JC Penny issued me a credit card and then cancelled it. I held it for 9 months and never charged anything on it - then you cancelled it. What kind of treatment is this? I am not trusting them with my business. Go to Belks.

They always have a decent selection with pretty good prices. The one downside is it is always hard to find a check out and get through it quickly.
