This particular store is always a wreck; most hangers even indicate the wrong size on clothes hanging on that hanger. Store needs new management and workers need to do better organizing especially clothes and bras. This store also gets the bottom of the barrel on merchandise probably because its a low income and high traffic area. I shop at other Ross stores which get much better merchandise - this location has been terrible for a long time. Also fitting rooms are really scummy - take note home office - these fitting rooms are long overdue for an update This store is no fun to shop at.

No "Hello, Welcome to Ross" as I entered the store. SPS was leaned up against the registers on his phone. I used to work LP for Ross corporate. Clothes were everywhere. Fitting room attendant did not follow true fit procedure. Absolutely disgusting restrooms. Cashier did not scan and bag. This Ross needs a visit from corporate to clean it up and give a jolt of motivation to its associates.

This Ross is very frustrating to shop at due to how messy and cluttered this store is and how the employees are rude and unhelpful to customers. The rug section is a disaster they are all over the floor and people can hardly look because you got this rude employee in your way and giving customers attitudes. Go elsewhere for a better environment and a more pleasant shopping experience.

This Ross is not in any order..all of the sizes are thrown together; no one is taking care of the store. I spoke to a manager who said the customers move things around..Ive been coming here for years, it has not ever been this disorganized..I walked out without purchasing anything.

It was once a clean nice store but as I entered the smell was horrible and the conditions were worse in the bathroom! The deals I sometimes find are not really worth putting up with how disgusting this store is. New management or something is needed to bring this store back.

I bought sheets for my king size bed and they were actually fitted for a queen. When I went to exchange them and matched them to the second pair, they were also not correctly packaged. The brand OC for sheets do not fit a king.

Great place for random home decor finds! The artwork, vases, and statues are very unique and considerably lower in price than competitors! I can also find the prettiest toddler sized dresses here! Love it!!

The Line was allllll the way to the back of the store today (3/4/17) but the staff handled it extremely well. I was amazed at how fast the line moved ,the staff deserves a bonus for today , EXCELLENT JOB!

Im always wary of discount stores like this. Something about the atmosphere just rubs me the wrong way. My experience here was unpleasant. The lady managing the dressing rooms was rude and unhelpful.

This Ross was incredibly messy at the time I visited it. Its most likely due to a factor of being way overcrowded and understaffed but that creates an unpleasant shopping experience anyway.
