Very disappointing, drove almost 30 miles to shop here. First of all they are limited in the brands they carry making for limited choices. Second, the little boys department is a joke to say the least, as they have only had one or two racks to choose from. Now Im left having to order online, had I known this particular Belks lacked so much I would have saved myself time and done that in the first place...geesh.

Good deal on flip flops. Went back a few days later to buy another pair. Was overcharged. Cashier showed me that was the price on the box. I pointed out that there were a few $10.99 signs on the display that only had the one brand of flip flops on it. She checked and changed the price, bemoaning the computer. But if this was the case why not believe me in the first place. Annoying.

Normally the staff is wonderful but today everybody was busy working no was able to help me in shoe department. I went in the purse department but had to check out at the make-up counter. I guess they dont have enough workers. The stores was a mess it looked like it was going out of business. Tons of racks with 75% savings total. It really looked like a junk store.

Eric and entire staff on the ball. We enjoy the one on one with staff. We enjoy gwen at estee lauder.she is very helpful. Nice to have her there helping myself pick out the nicest selection of Michael Kors purses.3 also matching wallets. And A wide selection of fragrances

Joann is the best in customer service! She is usually in the jewelry department, but she is top notch and will assist you in your shopping as much as she can in all departments. Such a kind lady. Belk is the place to shop!

Got a Clinique offer from Belk. When I went to get the free lipstick was told they didnt receive any. Well, if you didnt receive any, why am I getting a mailing about it. What do you propose to do about it?

Its a normal department store with medium to high priced items. Nothing spectacular, a lot like khols if u need a quick generic gift for someone this place is good for that type thing.

Love this store but the floors were really dirty, had stains everywhere. There was a coffee spill that sat there in the petite section the whole time I was shopping.

Coupons received in mail are deceiving customers. They have other sales at same time that void the coupon you receive. This way they charge you more on those items.

Belks sales are incredible! Purchased a dress, blouse and accent long skirt for my mothers 86th birthday for a little over $30. Savings were more than $160.
