I have never been so frustrated before with a simple service call. On 02/02/2017 I called and made an appointment I was given a service time between 1 and 5. I came back from work at 12:30 to make sure I was there for the appointment. Around 3 oclock I called to confirm that someone was coming. I was told the person would call me before he came. Around 4:15 no one had come so I called again. I was told that someone from the office would call me back to give me an ETA. No one called. I called again at 5 and the office was closed. I was home for the rest of the night and was angry that no one came and that I had wasted my entire day. On 02/03/2017 I called again and spoke to Meleanie on the phone. I explained what happend and she said her driver had come and no one was home. That was a lie so I asked if she could reschedule me again for the same day. She just said no. I then asked her what time the driver came. She said she "I dont know". I asked her why no one from her office called me. She said "I dont know". I asked her why her driver never called me. She said "I dont know". I then asked her whom from her office I spoke to and she got very upset and started yelling at me. Saying that she could rescheule me etc. I said I wanted the names of the manager and she said she was the manager and the owners live out of town. I told her it was crazy that she had no info for me, and that she was going to rescheule me for the next day. She then said she was going to send someone today (very rudely). I asked her for an email confirmation ... she said she cant give me one. I then said I was going to leave a bad review and she said then she wasnt going to help me and send someone. I also ran back the camera system of my house and no one came ... she was lieing. I was home all day and I have a dog who barks at every car. I even left the front door open .. no one came. CRAZY PEOPLE! BEWARE. IF THE OWNERS READ THIS. TALK TO YOUR MANAGER. SHE IS LOSING YOU BUSINESS AND IS LIEING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Horrible. Twice theyve been to my house under my warranty plan. My brand new washer is STILL broken. They seem to think that its OK that it makes this HORRIBLE noise when its in the spin cycle. They refused to open it up because it ran silently when it was empty. Which is great if running it empty was my goal. The second guy was incredibly rude and would not let us put a load in to show him what we meant because "he knew what we meant" and "he only runs it empty". NOT. HELPFUL. I didnt pay nearly $1,000 for a machine that is going to rumble and scream whenever I use it. He even had the audacity to tell us that we need to put some unnamed SPECIFIC amount of clothes in there for it to work silently. So I guess the 4 months it ran silently despite the variation in loads must have been a fluke. Awful customer service. Awful attitude. Never again. UPDATE: A REAL GE repairman came out and opened the machine as soon as he walked in. Within 5 seconds he was able to see the concrete block that is supposed to be attached at the top of the machine had BROKEN OFF and was sitting at the bottom of the machine. These idiots would have known that if they had opened the machine like we ASKED them to! 13 parts were required for a total of over $3,000. The GE guy told me if the FIRST guy had just opened the machine he probably would have noticed the block was loose and fixed it before it completely broke off. Incompetent to the Nth degree. Stay away.

All American Appliance is great! They have been fixing my appliances for years, because I have many rental properties and its way cheaper than just replacing the whole unit. I have to say that nobody is as fast and to the point as All American Appliance. They are always there in a jiffy and they get the job done and done right. I have never had a tenet complain about a problem with the appliances after they were fixed by All American. Dont use anyone else, these are your guys.

They showed up an hour after promised, walked in with an attitude, because I opened the dryer. He was very unfriendly the whole time here....all 5 minutes....before charging me over $70 to tell me I needed a new dryer. I will never use them again, and would let everyone I know the same....
