We purchased a Frigidaire Gallery Refrigerator From Gringer herself she stated it was top of the line. The first week it came home the ice maker broke twice and had to be fixed, the two light bulbs that it came with melted the top of the unit, then the draw molding started to crack. When I went back to Ginger she said we will take care of that she never did a thing. The doors never stay shut and the alarm goes off constantly. The ice maker brake a third time. This fridge is not only the biggest piece of crap but is rated one of the worst. It turns out that Gingers sells very high priced items that are third rate.

My family always comes to Ginger over the big box stores bc we always get 5 star service here. They never rush us & they take the time to answer all my questions. They have a great selection of major appliances at competitive prices. The staff is friendly, professional very knowledgeable in the products they sell... with so many products it can be very confusing...but they take the time to help us make the right decision for our needs.

Called this store today to advise them of defect in product. No manager was on duty today AT ALL. The woman answering put me on hold 5 times, and then directed md to call their other location. They dont seem to stand behind what they sell and their customer service can be best described as "Dont call us, well call you if we get around to it..."
