The 5 stars are for the incredible sale prices and quality of products you get here. I was never a Sears guy, but after I found this less visited store, I have been going there ever since. Its sad to see that not many shoppers go here like they used to. But that makes it all the better for me. Prices are UNBEATABLE. I get everything from clothing, appliances to hardware. Sears has a great rewards program as well. Coupled with that, this store saves me a LOT of money and gets me some really high-quality products - be it clothing or tools. I love it and I hope they dont go anywhere else!!

Went in to check on brake noise for front brakes that they installed a year and half earlier. The come out saying I have to replace all my brake pads, rotors and calipers for over $680! I knew right away they were trying to sheist me! Even the customer service in the front said it was odd that my brake pads needed to be changed after only a year and a half. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I went today to see some cribs for my future child at 5:34 pm and i was checking the material that it was made of because i dont want to buy something that is not good for my kid and this indian lady told me i couldnt look at it and if i wanted to buy one i have to order it but i couldnt touch it or look at it she was very rude lady never again going to that store .

What a horribly run store! Just left there. I think they had three people working in the store. Two registers open - one cashier told me at 9PM, "Im going home now. Go find another register" Store closes at 10PM. I asked where and see pointed to the other end of the store with a grunt. Time for this store to close. Glad I dont own stock in Sears.

Dont enter the store....will never purchase anything ever again....Horrible customer service! Escalate team even told there is nothing they can do....Very disappointed how this Sears has become...No wonder they are closing stores....

Prices are great. The store is usually a ghost town, so no lines, but sometimes that means thats its difficult to track down a cashier too.
