Customer service is lacking. The owners will not deal directly with the customer on the telephone and, instead, will have the employee do so. They will not return your calls and, even though I paid for the item, they will not speak to me because it is not my name on the receipt. They are insistent that a refund will not be given and expect you to get another appliance from them. With their customer service non-existent, do you think I would want something else from them?

For the purchase of a dishwasher we found a comprehensive range at good prices, and more important we were given valuable information and advice. Delivery was arranged promptly and the installers were on time and efficient. After some earlier bad experiences trying to buy the same machine in big box stores, Smithtown Appliance was a company that was a pleasure to deal with.

I have always purchased my appliances from Smithtown Appliance. They are one of the last family owned businesses!! They treat you as part of their family and the prices are extremely competitive. I have never had an issue dealing with any one on the telephone. If I needed to speak with the owner, the owner was on the phone!! Wonderful service!!

We have purchased every appliance from here. Dealing with Vito is the best! He makes you feel like family( in a good way) and stands behind his products. If your not happy hes not happy. And there is nothing worse then a mom not happy. I love my new washer and he took good care of me!
