It couldnt be that youre a total douche that theyve tried everything that they could to help but still youre too blinded by your own stupidity to see that it was YOU that broke your appliance and want them to just keep fixing it over and over again until you finally learn how to f***ing install it without breaking it? Well, your argument sounds kinda fishy. Id trust these appliance PROFESSIONALS before Id take advice from someone with your haircut. lol Eric BTW, someone came around looking for you; his name was Charles Darwin. lol P.S. Amazing customer service. They take care of all our appliance needs: dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and fridge. On more than one occasion, it has been Mr Marcotte himself performing the work. Hes in an out and I have yet to call him to fix a repair he made. Everything he does is top-notch work with great attitude. Thanks for everything!

We received horrible service when an appliance we bought was defective and was under warranty and they didnt want to honor the warranty because they accused us of something that was completely false. I would never want to do business with Marcotte or GE ever again.
