Oh this is the best Home Depot Store according to me. And Mike who works there is like, a very very nice guy! We were shopping for fluorescent bulbs from 2 3 weeks after we shifted to a new place and we went to a lot of places(other home depot, lowes, target, walmart etc ) as we were looking for a bulb that could be connected to a plug point without requiring any electrical wiring on the dry wall. I know, we are really poor in electrical stuff. As we were gazing at the millions of options that were there in the store for even a bulb, Mike entered and asked for help. He helped us pick up a bulb and made us understand step-by-step how to convert it into a bulb that can be plugged in. He walked around with us throughout the store to find the right stuff required to do the job. Thanks to Mike and this store who has him as a staff, we have some light in our house :D

Always treated me well. Was looking for a piece to fix an old sliding screen door, Lowes didnt have it and they didnt have it for sale either.... Manager said, hold on a second, I keep a box of odds and ends by the register, he retrieved exactly the piece I was looking for and didnt charge me a cent. This is the kind of service that goes above and beyond and the reason Id shop here first before going elsewhere and the reason Id be willing to pay more if their competitors had exactly the same thing for less

This was the third store I had been to to rent a log splitter and a truck. I called before coming to make sure they had both and the women I spoke to said yes they had the log splitter and the truck to rent so I came all the way out here, dont exactly live close by, just to find out this store does not rent tools out. Needless to say, Home Depot as a company needs to get their stuff together and give out correct information. Not impressed at all

The customer service people had a real big attitude I had just purchased some items and my receipt blew away all I wanted was another copy of the receipt and I had to go through a 40 min process where I had to return and repurchase the items just to get a receipt unbelievably slow smart comments and disrespectful staff members posted a pic just to show how little line there was and how long this simple request took

Rich in the lumber dept was very helpful to me his shift was over in 10 mins but even with that in mind he took his time to help me pick out all the materials on my long list for my shed, Carry everything out on forklift to my truck took us 40 mins to get everything .. been to other stores and no one wanted to help me because there shift was almost over great customer service will always go back to this home depot

Was just in this store..its 1130 am and not many shoppers. ..im looking for a new entry set for my front door. ..stood there 25 min and not one person asked if i need help...sarah and Michael were standing 7 ft from me talking so i made eye contact and waited patiently for them to finish there conversation. ..both looked down and off they went. ..im on my way to Lowes...

This place is a nice place to buy items. However yester day I assume the Security team was following me throughout the store. Made me feel uncomfortable. This store needs to respect people for whatever color they have. African American boy in hoody following me throughout the store, bad experience

I was shopping for appliances and fully ready to purchase so I figured Id go to the homedepot as I went to appliance section I sat there and waited for 10 minutes walking around as both employees didnt even acknowledge my existence. Its one thing to be busy but at least say hi to your customers.

Young person in lawn & garden sent me to building supply, both young people in building supply sent me to lawn and garden. Went up and down every isle until I found someone who appeared to have some experience and was finally helped.

Very messy store. Supplies and carts and moving machinery left all over isles making it difficult to see and get to items. No employees make eye contact when you are clearly looking for help.
