At a very obvious 6 months pregnant, not even one of the four women working at customer service offered to help me load approximately 50 boxes into my car, and I was the only person in line. They were more concerned with calling lumber to come remove some wood that was cluttering up their area. After filing a complaint, I was contacted by another "helpful" employee of this store. She had the nerve to ask me if I asked for help! I told her I shouldnt have had to ask for help and she then said I should have come back in and asked for help. Right, like Im going to push that very heavy and awkward cart filled with boxes BACK into the store to ask for the help I should have been offered in the first place. She then says "Im very sorry you feel that way." I do not care for your passive-aggressive apology! Why even bother someone if all youre going to offer is a passive-aggressive apology?!?! It means nothing! All she did was upset me more- talk about adding insult to injury! As far as this store goes- keep your passive-aggressive "apologies", Ill take my business elsewhere.

Awful. Awful. Awful. Awful. Ordered something online. They sent me an email to come in and pick up. Went there and they didnt have it. Charged me for it anyway. Later on, argued with me on the phone about the charge. Very rude. Still waiting for the credit. I HATE this store. Go to Coram. They dont screw things up like this and arent rude. FOLLOW-UP: It is now a month later and no credit. In fact, I even filed a dispute on my credit card and this store rejected it. So Im off to the post office today to mail NYS Consumer Affairs and The Home Depot Executive Offices my complaint. FYI, here is Home Depots executive complaints address: Home Depot, Office of the President, Executive Complaints, 2455 Paces Ferry Road NW, Atlanta, GA 30339. What an awful Home Depot store! THE WORST!

If I could give this place ten stars I would, a worker named Charles helped my mother and I when we bought a tree from them and our SCAT bus wouldnt take us. We ordered a cab after that and he helped us with our bags, giving us some plastic bags to consolidate our groceries, helping load our tree into the cab and even offering to call a friend of his that drove a cab when ours was late. He was warm, friendly, and extremely helpful. I could not say thank you enough. Anyone in customer service should take their cues from him, he treated us as no less than family and made a day that could have easily been a horrible experience, wonderful.

I tried to buy 50 pieces of step flashing so I counted 50 pieces quickly in the isle. When I got to checkout I told the lady I had 50 peices. She immediately called me out and said she would have to count them because it doesnt look like 50 pieces. She then took each piece and scanned it and stopped when she counted to 50 with 1 piece left. As I left the store I looked at the receipt and it said I had 48 peices. She called me out for counting wrong and she counted wrong! Im giving this 2 stars because of how I was treated and his long it took. Lowes never does this to me.

Great friendly staff that is always glad to lend some assistance. Place is well maintained theres no tools scattered around so its easy to locate what you need at a great price. Its also not to busy so shopping is quick especially if you know what youre going in to get.

Great staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. Staff willing to spend as much time to educate, assist and suggest. Every online order that was delivered to this store was fast and accurately filled. My suggestion would be to extend business hours.

This is a great store if you need to make Repairs to your home this is where you need to visit. They have everything you need with a friendly staff you can ensure a fine repair. They can even rent you a truck to take home your materials.

The staff are friendly and helpful, but like any Home Depot, they may be difficult to find, especially during peak hours.
