I cannot say enough about Discount Appliance. It was a Saturday morning at 11:30. A quick google search yielded results of Discount Appliance as a repair service and said Saturday hours were 9:00-12:00. I called the numberexcpecting to have no shot at getting someone out but I figured Id try. I got the owner on the phone, described my issue and he said hed be here in 20 mins. He was incredibly prompt. He was friendly and efficient. My washing machine wasnt draining and he determined in 60 secs that it was some slipped belts. It was a two minute job and he was done. His diagnostic fee was very reasonable and the experience was great. Id most certainly recommend him to others. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and provided excellent service. My dryer was back in working order in two business days after James diagnose, provided helpful advice, ordered parts and repaired my dryer. I will recommend this kind of service to anyone any day. His business card is stuck to my refrigerator, so the next time I have a repair service I know who to call.

July 2014 location: Trumbull ct On time. Friendly. Clean. Professional. Got right to work to fix both the washer and dryer. Knew what needed to be done and took care of it right away without wasting any time. Answered all my questions and gave good advise on another washer i had. He was on his way and i got to enjoy the rest of my afternoon. Definitely on my call back list.
