McNellis charges you for estimates, which is kind of frustrating. So if you end up needing just a $30 part, you only realize that after youve paid for the estimate and you end up losing a lot of money on the front end. Additionally, the serviceman who came to our house didnt take his shoes off or clean up after himself. But they are the only servicer of LG appliances in the greater Southington area, so I guess theres no real point in complaining!

4 visits to try to fix the dishwasher over 2 1/2 months! kept blaming the company for sending broken parts, we finally hired someone else who fixed it in 2 days. The rudest person ever answering the phone. Need I say more? The only reason we posted one star because you cant post without it. Stay away!
