Terrible experience, do not go to Sears Outlet I made a big mistake and went to Sears outlet store hoping that I can save a few hundred dollars. Purchased 4 different appliance and paid $1800. After that I went to Sears store to buy other thing and noticed that the same washer & dryer that I bought is available new with same price as I paid. Do not forget that the outlet stuff is all full of scratch, dent and dent. So I got back to Outlet store and complained, they told me I can return them. So what kind of gimmick is Sears outlet? Please I beg everyone not even try it,do not even go to Sears Outlet. got screwed big time. I certainly expected more form Sears. Now I am thinking did I made a right decision to go to Sears store and buy the same stuff new? They have not deliver them yet. I am paying $200 more to get all four appliances new. Sears out let messed up my delivery when they showed up they told me the truck is full and they can only pick up two items, now I have to stay home another day so they can come back and pick up the er remaining used junk stuff. I certainly expected a better service from Sears.

Recently had a great experience while working with one of their sales associates, he was so helpful I would ask for him by name, Dave Vo (spelling?). I was looking for a Jennair 72 inch French Door Fridge and was trying to find a deal on a refurb or floor model. Their website allowed me to view pictures of the fridge without having to travel to the store. The fridge which retailed locally for over $3k was on sale here for only $1,700. They sent it to me in Boston for only an additional $200. As indicated by the sales rep and shown in the photos the fridge was flawless. For all purposes it was a new fridge. The offer no interest financing, national delivery, and a great selection of amazing home appliances. You can even get the same warranties as if they were new,

Awful! Bought a refrigerator and had to wait a week for delivery. Then the driver doesnt show up. The dispatcher says he has no idea where driver is or why he didnt make delivery. Says I have to wait another FIVE days for next delivery day. And I paid an extra delivery charge!! All the while were living out of coolers since our refrigerator is broken. You cant run a business like this, which is exactly why theyre going bankrupt. -- update -- Talked w/ the manager Adam. My refrigerator is back at the store.. no explanation from shipping company. Refunding my delivery fee and money for keeping food on ice. Have to wait another 5 days for delivery. For the time being, upgrading to 2 stars because at least Adam is trying for a resolution.

Had a really bad experience here while looking for a new refrigerator. The salesperson asked us to wait a minute while they finished something and then went on break without telling us. Took over 20 minutes for someone else to help us and they were extremely rude! Needless to say, they lost our business, not to mention that the prices really arent "outlet" prices. We found a new, much better, fridge at Lowes for less than the one at the outlet

Dont waste your time. I saved $300 one the same model at another store and its brand new. Delivery is free and take away of older item is only $15 vs. the $81 that Sears outlet charges. Shop around and you will find better or equal deals for brand new appliances.

Customer service is the worse. My original order was damaged and parts were missing. Also, they were suppose to exchange my refrigerator and re-deliver the new one and I still havent received it; nor was I given notification that it wasnt being delivered.
