This is a company where the technicians are incompetent and too lazy to properly diagnose a problem. I had a dishwasher repair scheduled for determining why after any washing cycle there was standing water left in the tub. The first technician advised: "Buy a new machine which costs you the same as a repair, $300.00". He doesnt know that my machine is a medium priced dishwasher for which I paid $800.00 seven years ago. He ordered a drainage pump for $320.00 which arrived 3 weeks late and was installed by the second technician. After his visit, I had the identical problem! The third guy arrived after another 2 week delay, complained about his bad back and busy schedule (why is he in this type of job one asks?), "cleaned" the drainage tub by blowing into it (not effective and a professional method). After that I complained to the company boss, a Mr. Bob Daughterty, who came out and wanted to argue with me about the fact that I had paid $320.00 for this non-service and that I wanted to get a refund. He promised to send a check which never arrived! FORGET ABOUT IT!! This service was recommended to me by KitchenAid. I have informed them about this situation!

Used this company twice and I am very dissatisfied!! First time, the drain pump had to get replaced. Technician ended up breaking the circuit board in the process. 2nd time the technician replaced the rubber seal around the interior door. Now my washing machine sounds like a train coming through my house. Technician was not interested in listening to the full cycle when the loud noise occurred (mostly during the spin cycle). I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Ive used Fleet Appliance in the past and always had positive experiences. However, my most recent experience was reason enough for me to never use them again. They charged $90 to come to my home and diagnose the problem. On top of that the technician that came to my home was rude, abrupt and refused to provide a written estimate for the repair. I will not be using Fleet Appliance again any time soon.

Awful. Worst service on Long Island. 1st visit....couldnt make repair. 2nd visit? Wouldnt know!! They have canceled three times. Once the day before...then 45 mins before....third time...no call. No show. No apology. No service. Horrendous experience....and stuck w a leaking dishwasher. Contracted service through Geek Squad at Best Buy. Thats my next call.

We would like to thank Paul from fleet appliance for all of his help. Our washer was fixed a week after we called them. Paul was very knowledgeable and courteous, personable. We did spend money to fix it but nothing near what a new front loading washer would cost us. Thank you

i would never use their service ever again! the guy came and repaired my fridge , the following week it broke again , i called for them to service the machine , they wanted me to wait 2 days for all my groceries to spoil, at the end they overcharge and not reliable!

Justin was very good but could not get any further with Frigidaire . He tried very hard to follow their demands but failed. Finally Fleet closed my account, and wouldnt come any more although I am not sure why . My refrigerator is still not fixed.
