i unfortunately called them before I read these reviews!! Our dryer was not working properly. We asked a tech to come out who states he tested the dryer (without clothes) and it was in perfect conditions. After he left, we put some clothes in and they were completely wet!!! When asked, they said they could come again of-course for $90 more dollars!! They are all rude, hung up the phoe serveral times, uneducated corrupt pigs! they offered to put a new part in for $120 dollars that they were unsure that it would work!! Great service!?!?!? Currupt, corrupt!!

This place quoted me one price to replace a broken ice maker and when they came out to replace it the price was over double. The total charge to replace a $50 icemaker was over $375. Called ACE to explain and they said it was the going rate...Would not adjust. Can not warn people who read this enough.... NEVER USE THEM!!!!!! Same issues as other reviews....

CAME OUT SAME DAY THAT I CALLED FOR SERVICE, REPAIRED MY FRIDGE THAT DIDNT WORK FOR A REASONABLE PRICE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
