I would first like to start off by saying that I am a business owner and have many years of sales and sales training experience. Where I live (Mount Sinai), I have the geographical choice of using 3 local Home Depots. After visiting 2 others with my wife, she had decided to stop at the "Coram Home Depot" because she was in the area. She also happened to have all 3 of our children (ages 5,3 and 1) with her to get information on a new patio door and windows. She was immediately approached by a gentlemen named Chen. Not only did Chen provide complete and total product knowledge he executed an incredible amount of patience with my wife and my 3 restless children all while providing extreme caution to detail to just provide a quote. Once my children got to the point to where my wife had to leave, she had all of the info she needed for us to move forward. All I have to say is, when I got home from work that day, all she could talk about was this salesman named Chen and no matter what, we were buying the products from him because of her confidence in him. Needless to say, the very next day I personally met with Chen; he signed my up for a HD CC, got me 24 Months Interest FREE, and I ordered over $2k of product. The Home Depot is extremely lucky to have such a team player in their organization. This experience alone has given me an entirely new impression in Home Depot and its employees.

My dad goes to Home Depot for every appliance we need, almost every plant we buy and so much more. The workers are very friendly and nice about things and overall the place is very handy. Any paint weve needed for the house, or spackle, weve gotten from here. They have a very nicely large paint selection and same goes for rugs and carpets. The Home Depot is very reliable when it comes to needed information and tips.

See what happened was...I was looking for duct tape and black garbage bags and I asked one of the older gentlemen that worked there for help. He put his hands around my waist (mind you I am very overweight) and I told him to get off and he threw his hands up in the air and screamed at me flailing his old man arms at me. It wasnt a good time and I didnt get my duct tape or trash bags:/.

Horrible! Nothing surprising at all, one register open with a long line exemplifies Home Depot absolute disregard for customer service, i hate that i have to go here for the things i need! One register open and one attendant doing nothing telling customers to go to self-checkout so Home Depot doesnt have to hire people to work the cash registers!

Rented trailer, went smoothly except that gentleman who put trailer on my hitch thought it was latched on. I always check to make sure and sure enough he thought he put it on the ball but it was just resting there not latched on. Always double check others. Also the pins were missing from the trailer which was inconvenient but not horrible.

Phil was the man! Ask for him if you need anything, he is very knowledgeable and super friendly!! I frequently have to go to Home Depot for supplies for my store and will drive the extra minutes to recieve this type of customer service. Excellent!

I was looking for 3way bulbs worker assured me this is the type is what i needed and of course not right at all so now I have to get back in the car an do it all again thanks oh an have a great thanksgiving smfh

Not good. Not enough people to help. Took 2 min to find a screw. Also. Wanted to buy a riobi battery, not one person in the area. Horrible!!!
