Called for help to move a new fridge into the kitchen and move the old to the garage. The 2 guys came, didnt make any attempt or measure the appliance and refused to do it. My husband asked if they could just move it near the door but they just ignored him and left. I had all food sitting on the counter. I called an appliance place in naugatuck. The two men came the same day and had no problems! Had the fridge moved in 40 minutes AND they took away the old one. I am so grateful to them.

Don't use Junior (Jr). He doesn't care about what he is doing and it basically rude. His poor attitude and lack of caring about his job make my floor leak and now the wood is warping. The owner came out and after being very defensive about fixing it said he would. But we will see. He wanted to blame EVERYONE but himself. Long story short make sure you ask for anyone but Junior. Well see if they fix my floor then I may use them again. Unsatisfied so far!!

Weve been buying appliances from All Star since 1998; just about to purchase our 9th major appliance from them. Pam is always willing to negotiate a price and is very honest when she cannot meet or beat a competitor. Service has always been excellent; on time, quick and clean. Also, we prefer to buy from a local business than from the "big box store". Highly recommended!

I had read the previous reviews before booking my appointment for the repair of a dryer, but knew that a company that has been in business for 30 years must be doing something right. The repair man (John) was on-time, polite and thorough. Could not ask for a better outcome. Very satisfied customer!

I have had allstar come out a few times to service my stove and dishwasher. Always on time and honest. I also purchased a new dryer from them . Price was great , delivery guys even hooked up new vent for me. Great family run store.
