Last week i requested an appointment online for grooming. I received a call the next day but was unable to answer the call as i was at work. Later that day i called again and was informed that tje scheduling person had left for the day to please call back the next day. As requested i called the next day and asked to schedule an appointment, the lady who answered the phone as me to wait so she could go and hand the phone to whom schedules. I was left on hold for over 15 minutes and i was able to hear people talking in the background but nobody picked up. I hung up the phone and tried calling back but nobody answered and it went to voicemail and mind you this was around 1 pm. I was unable to call until Monday this week and finally spoke to someone and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday at 2pm (or so i thought as she took down all of my information). On Wednesday i called a bit before my scheduled appointment to verify and behold i was told that i had no appointment and that they were too busy! This has been the most unprofessional treatment and i am saddened that this is the outcome as i am a frequent customer for pet food/food supplies. I will not be coming back

These people are passionate about you and your pets. Anytime I have had a question in regards to a product they have been knowledgeable and have taken the time to listen and explain. A year ago they recommended a dog dog food for my allergy prone dog and since then I have noticed great improvement in his skin. Yesterday my husband and I were in looking for training collar for our puppy who was turning into a nightmare to walk. Beth recommended a Sprenger pinch collar, though I was hesitant to purchase because it looks a bit barbaric but she assured me it caused no harm and insisted that it would solve our problems. We went home tried it on, and within a few minutes our puppy was walking with a LOOSE leash!!!!!! He showed no signs of discomfort whatsoever. I am forever grateful to Beth for giving me the ability to walk my dog. Great products, great food, great people. Thanks!

It would be hard to convince me to have my dog groomed anywhere else! After being turned away by another groomer, even though they had groomed my dog before, and knew he had separation anxiety, Kathryn not only fit me in the same day, but took the time to sit and play with my dog when we arrived. She made sure he was really comfortable and had calmed down before she got him into the tub for his bath. I love the fact that I can see into the grooming area to see how they handle the dogs. I left when I saw that he was calm and they even called me to reassure me that he was not only doing great, but cooperating with the groomers willingly. The cost actually wound up being less than I had paid somewhere else. They have a customer for life!

I was looking for a pet place that offered self wash. I came across pooch and paws through a web search. I thought Id try them out, I mean couldnt hurt to try them once and see. I immediately fell in love with them. The staff is amazing, the shop set up is organized and clean. The groomers are the sweetest ladies around. Katelyn was amazing she helped clip my dogs nails. My pup is usually hesitant and very cautious about who clips his nails but he seemed to be comfortable with her. I recommend pooch and paws to all my friends and family and if anyone asks me this is the place to go for all your pets needs.

Cute little boutique pet supply store and groomer with a huge selection of high end dog food, treats, and toys. A bit expensive for things but that is to be expected for what they sell and their target demographic. They have a baked goods section for dog treats which is just awesome and they look delicious enough that I would probably try a bite (its all natural stuff so Im sure it isnt that bad for humans!). The staff was very friendly and talkative and helpful. I always like supporting the small local businesses and this one deserves it.

Love this store!!! The owner is super sweet and extremely knowledgeable. Cant beat the pricing either! Love the pet washing station too! There is all kinds of little extras that go along with the wash package. She offers lots of discounts and deals. I did purchase something and it didnt work for my puppy so she worked with me and let me exchange it for something else. Seriously if you dont have a pet place this is worth the drive! Im picky about what my girl eats and there is nothing in that store that I wouldnt give her!

Pooch N Paws was the best thing to ever happen to Suwanee Town Center. They have the cutest stuff in their bakery for dogs, I had a blast celebrating my dogs birthday with some yummy cake and treats from here! Their merchandise is adorable, I always want to buy EVERYTHING. Everything is high quality and made to make your pet happy. I use a dry shampoo from here on my dog from time to time after a hiking trip, and it smells wonderful. The staff is always welcoming and easy to talk to. Definitely a great place to experience.

My little Maltese had a very serious surgery and needed extra special care to be groomed. Lisa was so kind to assist with our special needs and has groomed my little baby since her surgery. She has been so gentle and caring and has kept my precious baby so clean. I recommend Pooch and Paws to everyone. I dont know of any other groomer who is as caring and grooms with such talent. I love Pooch N Paws! I was a customer before their move to a bigger location (still within Suwanee Town Center) and their bigger location is ever better! They have a bakery, a spa with an array of grooming services (including self-wash stations), and sooo many more products for cats AND dogs. Their customer service is amazing and its always a joy coming into their store. :)

Today was my first time in the store. They had a pretty good selection of treats, food and toys. However, the two girls who were working the front check out were not friendly at all. The girl that rang up my purchase was a bit rude. The two other ladies working were relatively friendly. Their prices are also a bit expensive. Based on my visit today I will not be going back.

Horrible! When I got my dog his ears was stinky and still dirty. They claimed ear infection, but took him to another groomer with no issue, he had no bandana or bows and he stunk. Ill never throw away 60 dollars again. Id give them 0 stars if I could and the dog hair cut was ugly I had to reshape his face when I got home.

Not consistent. I set appointments and they are never open to take my dog. When I called and advised the groomer that I had an early appointment she told me she cant do it that it will be tomorrow. I use to like this place but they are getting bad. Confirm first good luck.
