I was driving east on 22nd Street on Wednesday. I was in my Hyundai Sonata & still wishing for a truck. I came up to where the Premier Auto Sales site is on 22nd just west of Craycroft. I saw a couple of pickups that were pretty good looking when I was coming up to the site while driving. On a whim I pulled into the lot just to find out about those trucks. I was greeted by Tommy Martinez. I said "Hi" and we started to talk about the trucks I was looking at. He went and got the keys to them & opened them up for me. When neither truck was what suited me he pointed out this 2007 Chevy Silverado. I liked the look of it & he went to get the key. I looked around the interior & it was clean & looked nice. There was a big gap where an AM/FM CD player should be with a bunch of wires that were capped off. Tommy told me that he would make sure that I had one installed in it, he just need a week or so. Which was fine with me. I liked his honesty about this. I noticed that he had been honest with me the whole time that I had been dealing with him. He then said that we should take it for a test drive. His idea, not mine. When I turned on Craycroft & was going to turn on 29th to come back to the dealership he told me to go down to Gold Links. He said that he wanted me to get a feel for it on a more opened road. So we went there & turned on Swan to go back to the dealership. The truck had power!!!!! We got back & I asked him about the cost & all such items. He took me into an office & started to get some numbers. I was blown away when I saw the number that he was giving me for my car. I was also surprised at the price of the pick-up that I was looking at. He NEVER, NEVER once pressured or bullied me into buying this truck. He answered every single questioned I asked him. When he couldnt answer the question he went to his boss to get the answer for me. After a bit of a haggling we agreed on a price. That was when he turned me over to his boss, Bert (sorry if I got this one wrong). We got to the contracts. Again, I was never once bullied or pushed into the purchase of this truck. And no one got upset when I took the time to read the papers I was signing. When I pointed out that my Mother & Father had taught us to always read. Didnt bother them at all. What this whole thing is for is to tell you that you will get good treatment from the people at the Premier Auto Sales. You can trust them. You can believe them. I am very happy with this truck. You can ask anyone in my family & they will tell you that "happy" is too small of a word to use for how I feel about it. But I could have & would have only gotten that truck if I felt that I had been given an honest deal for it. I am a suspicious person by nature. Especially about a used car. Everyone knows all the jokes. But I was proven wrong with Tommy & was glad that I was. I was glad to have gotten to know him. I was glad that he came out to greet me when I wandered in to see about getting a truck instead of my car. You will be glad to have gotten to know him when you go in to get a vehicle from him when you need one next. Tommy, thank you for being up front with me. Thank you for being a man & a man of your word. Dan Cole

I have been shopping around to purchase a car because the one I owned at the time had an unbelievable amount of miles and was not safe to drive my daughter around in. I visited multiple car dealerships and was feeling like getting a new car was out of reach due to the lack of or low quality cars and my past credit issues. I had a few places that I found decent cars but was offered extremely high offers. I was very hesitant going to another car dealership because of my experience with the dealerships that I had previously visited. Once we arrived at Premier Auto Center we were greeted by Greg. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, upfront and most importantly personable. He seemed very enthusiastic about getting me a car. He showed me some great cars and we spoke about my style, budget, and important features that I wanted in a car. Greg knew just the car and took me to a Grand Prix. I fell in love with it!!! Greg was there from the second I stepped foot on the premises and made sure all my questions were answered and I was satisfied. I also was helped by Kevin who was able to get me a great deal on my car.......Unfortunately within 48 hrs of taking my care home I heard my car making a squeaking noise. I took it back and was told that ALL FOUR OF MY BREAKS WERE COMPLETELY SHOT!!!! I was very upset because I had traded my previous car in for a "safer" car. I asked the mechanics aide why had it not been looked at before they had put the car out on the lot for sale and his response surprised me! He stated that the car had just came in from the Casa Grande location and the Casa Grande location should have inspected it not them. I was told that it would took about 2 hrs to fix (it was around 10 am on a Thursday) so I decided to stay on that side of town since it was my day off and it was an hr driving distance to my house. I told them I would stay in the vicinity and asked them to call me when it was ready. After about 3 hrs I called and checked to see the progress. They then decided to tell me that they just had approval to start working on my car and they would call me when it was ready. By this point I had a cranky toddler who wanted to go home so I went home. I did not get a call until 12 pm the next day. They are great when it comes to selling the car but so far after signing on the dotted line has not been so smooth....oh and to top it off I was told that they would send me my plate via mail due to the distance and I had to call to ensure it was going to be sent since they were just holding it at their office, hopefully I will get it before my temp plate expires.

"I shouldve known better," I told myself as I walked to the bus stop across the street from the dealership and sat down. Lets start from the beginning, I called and inquired about a car, a 2006 Hyundai Tiburon white in color, I mentioned my budget and my need for a fuel efficient vehicle. The person on the other end insisted on me coming down to look at the car first and test drive it but I told them I wanted a price first. I had to ask several times before they finally gave me a price, "$7000?!" I thought, "Wow just within my budget!" I mentioned this to the person on the other end of the line both regarding the price of the car and the fuel economy; Youll find out why this is important in a few moments. So I go all the way across town, (I am on Broadway/Pantano) so you know how far this place is from me. After coming inside I am greeted very warmly by the staff, after filling out another application (I had already called and gave my social and was APPROVED for the car I selected) I wait anxiously for an answer as the guy handling my application goes off somewhere to tinker with another car. When he came back I was hoping for just a simple, "Sorry we couldnt get the car approved" or ANYTHING besides what he came back with! He came back with an acceptance for a $12,000 truck. I was baffled as I looked at the paper, he stated he couldnt get me approved for the car I wanted but he got me approved for a car nearly double what I could afford and I know a truck would NOT get the same fuel economy as that Tiburon (4 cyl btw not the V6) I was pretty upset but I listened to what he had to say hoping he had some kind of resolution. Nope, he asked if I had a co-signer or if I could afford the $4k for a down payment, I quietly stood up and stated, "No one would co-sign for me for a twelve thousand dollar truck, nor would anyone loan me four grand. You have to be out of your mind to even offer me this, if I had four grand I would outright buy a car." I proceeded to then leave and go on my way. So if you like being lied to and basically slapped in the face by a dealer then this is the place for you! This place may have 200+ positive reviews and a high rating but I think its been fabricated, because the only people that can qualify for a car here is someone with a fat wallet or stellar credit. "Dealer for the people," my rear end, more like, "Dealer for a CERTAIN kind of people."
