I will start by saying our sales rep was very professional but the management failed miserably. I went in to buy a used Santa Fe. Test drove a used 2012 and liked it. Had them make an offer on my trade in valued at 3k on KBB. They offer 1k. Yeah right. Not happening. Management comes over and pressures us to take a higher payment after we told her twice that we were pregnant and could not (with a visable baby bump). We say ok, well go sell our car ourselves and come back. We do so a week later after selling our car for a private party value. They act surprised that we could even sell it. Thanks a bunch. The blue car we were looking at is gone so we say well take a silver 2012 with more miles on it. They ask us to pay *3k* more for the same car. Refuse to even take a dollar off the price. I point out that its the same car, with more miles than they were going to sell us last week- same model, options, EVERYTHING. They acknowledge and tell us again to take a higher payment. We ended up walking away and buying the same car from across town from a reputable dealer. What a management FAIL.

Eduardo Cervantes is an amazing sales person and a credit to his company. My daughter wanted to handle buying her new car herself, without dad and went to this dealership. Eduardo worked with her to find the right vehicle and she leased a new Mazda in 2014. Three years later when the lease was up, he worked with her regarding all of her options and instead of trying to "upsell" her another vehicle, he discussed the various options of purchasing her existing car vs leasing again. She was able to make an informed decision and bought the car. People hear all these horror stories about car salesmen taking advantage of people, a woman in this case, and it was not the case at all. When my daughter needs a new car, you can be sure that she will contact Eduardo and I highly recommend this salesman and his company. Sincerely, David C.

I will never consider a Hyundai after my experience with the sales members; this location in the Auto Mall was by far the worst car shopping I have ever had. To top off this horrible experience another sales rep while driving pulled behind my vehicle STILL trying to push us into a sale. Literally yelling until he pulled behind us. Ive never been more bothered in my life. -The sales men ARGUED with me for no reason over petty information. -Multiple LIES, on details I THOROUGHLY researched before arriving. -Aggressive and extremely RUDE. -Uneducated on vehicles specs and inventory. (Uneducated in communication as too obviously) -Unprofessional all together. This place is ran like a zoo, I would warn of anyone even thinking about this location to travel else-where.

The team at Jim Click Mazda was great in assisting me in choosing a new car. I wasnt familiar with newer cars and was uncomfortable about going to a dealership. But Jerry Poore, Business Preferred Manager, graciously answered my questions. Salesperson Randy Gordy was very helpful and patient showing me different cars on two Click lots, He wasnt pushing and really wanted me to find the car I would be comfortable with. I am not a good negotiator. Randy and Ed Palma, Business Manager, were not pushy and helped me get a great deal. If you want someone will patiently show you cars and answer your questions honestly, ask for Randy Gordy at Click Mazda on 22nd and Wilmot. They are a 5 Star group at that location!

JICK CLICK HYUNDAI ON 22ND STREET ARE RIP OFFS. THEY HAVE CRAPPY SALESMAN AND CRAPPY CARS. IF MO TRIES TO SELL YOU ANYTHING DONT TRUST HIS AAS. ANYTHING THAT COMES OUT HIS MOUTH ISNT WORTH TWO CENTS. MAKE HIM WRITE IT ON THE CONTRACT AND THEN BRING A POCKET RECORDER BECAUSE THAT LYING BICH WILL DENY ANYTHING. THE FINANCE HEADQUARTERS ARE A BUNCH OF OLD HAGS AND NEED TO RETIRE. THEY ARE RUDE AND ARE TOO LAZY TO LOOK UP ANYTHING ON THE COMPUTER. IM DEFINITELY GOING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND MAKE SURE TO GET ALL THE NAMES OF THE SALESMAN WHO TRY TO SCREW YOU OVER. JIM CLICK IS THE WHITE DEVIL IN DISGUISE. JUST DRIVE 2 HOURS AWAY TO PHOENIX AND GET BETTER SERVICE AND A BETTER DEAL.

The general manager is horrible I bought a car from them and it broke down and needed a new transmission the fixed it now its doing it again and its getting worse I asked for his superiors name he gave me his back walking and talking under his breath then kicked me off "his" lot.. I reported him and still havent heard anything from Jim click I wouldnt buy a damn thing from Jim click.. they were talking about bad real bad about other dealerships and how they sold junk well news flash there junk out last jim clicks..

My review is based on their car services, we dropped off our Mazda 6 for a diagnostic at 9am and they never called us, so we called at 4:30pm and they told us they would call by 5pm so we can go pick up our car, no call, so at 6:15pm we call back and apparently their car tech left for the day and our car isnt put back together because they were planning on doing actual mechanic work on our car without our consent! So now we have to wait until tomorrow morning to pick up our car. I will never take my car here again.

Time estimate was 2 hours, took 4 1/2 hrs. Communication was poor throughout, not giving me any updates when they realized it would take longer. Did not ask if any of the items they found that required attention were things that I wanted them to replace - just charged me to look at it. Its like that LifeLock "dental monitor" commercial - they didnt fix it, just told you it needed fixing. Overall wasted half my Saturday with their poor service. I wont be going back.

Trading deal was a JOKE. Just because they saw that I was young and went by myself they tried to took advantage of that. At least they made me laugh. I would not recommend anyone to go to this dealership because is filled with lies and tricks. They definitely dont know where to set their respect limits. I tried to be nice and respectful but they kept trying to persuade me to agree TERRIBLE deals. First and last time I am going there. DO NOT GO

Trade-in offer was a JOKE. Tried to rip me off with several "best we can do" offers before I walked out. Then suddenly they could make deals and give correct trade-in offers. Love the car - Mazda might have a new lifelong customer...but I would not recommend this dealership. But if you go, you REALLY need to look out for yourself here - they will do anything to try and trick you into spending more.

Just bought a new Mazda. Overall Im happy with the experience, except that they do NOT offer manufacturers extended warranties, I asked several times and was told they would only sell me the after market warranty from the company they use. For this reason Im taking 2 stars off, they are a Mazda dealer, they should offer Mazda extended warranties when that is what the customer asks for.

Shortly after we took our 1999 Mazda Miata for service at Jim Click, we discovered a gas leak. This time I took the car to Firestone, which said the gas tank was rusted out and thin as aluminum foil. This is clearly a fire hazard, but Jim Click never mentioned this obvious danger. Im not going back here, or ever buying a car from Jim Click.
