I cant say enough about Kevin and the guys in the service department. I started coming to you when the dealer I bought my car at told me I would need to wait about 10 days to schedule and oil change appointment. Seriously??? 10 days to get an oil change done??? I dont like to go to the oil change places so when I remembered I trip to Echo Park car shopping with a friend. I went online and was able to get something scheduled that very day. What a difference that was to me. I decided I would never go back to that other dealership again. I have been fortunate with my car so oil changes are very important to me in order to keep my Honda in good shape and servicing me for years to come. On this trip I had just returned from a 4200 mile road trip across country. My service light came on 1000 miles from home and I was in drastic need. I was able to quickly get one scheduled that fit my life schedule. Something came up between scheduling and having my appointment. I was in a hurry to get things done. They were very honest with me by telling me it would take at least 45 minutes to get done. They set the right expectation with me. Thats important for a busy schedule. When I arrived they were ready to go and had me out in about 45 minutes as promised.. and even washed my car! I work in Customer Service myself so setting the right expectation with your customers is important. The friendliness and great waiting area dont hurt either:) Thank you again Echo Park Service for another great experience.

Car sold as is at fair market price, have no complaints since I did my research on the right car. 7 day no questions full refund return policy and a 90 day warranty regarding basic workings of the car, going from destination A to B or some certain mileage. Bought my car under condition that the rubber piece on the right side of the windshield is replaced (was missing) and that one headlight was declouded by the detailer. They informed me timely and consistently (i missed some calls, silly me) when the new parts were available for the windshield and installed them neatly. Meanwhile I treated myself to the free coffee machine (free for any buyer after the fact at any location) and got a free car wash on my way out (also free for any car bought there, unless you select a premium wash). As a young adult I was a bit skeptical with dealerships versus buying from a person because of the politics and schemes involved, and these guys were transparent and really followed through. Im no expert on car buying as a millennial, but I felt quite safe with this purchase (although my old man was the one paying for it haha). Its been about three weeks and I love my car, and when I return from a trip, the detailer will attack that headlamp as agreed. Very friendly people and a good buy.

Was cruising dealerships looking for a nice SUV. We pulled in Echopark. My wife spotted an Infiniti QX56. I didnt feel like dealing with salesman or anything so I called their 800 number. The gentleman gave me a lot of info about the car and told me the price was $18,600. When my wife and I heard this we were very excited and scheduled an appointment for the following day to see and drive the car. When I arrived I feel like they pulled a bait and switch because the car was now $19,600. That left the initial sour taste in my mouth. The first day driving the car there were a few things I noticed that needed some attention. It had an exhaust leak, noisy 4wd hubs and the suspension felt loose. I called and spoke to Lee my salesman.He told me to bring it in to service. He told me they were replacing exhaust manifold gaskets and a manifold because it had a hairline crack in it, but would not be replacing the hubs and found nothing wrong with the suspension. He told me I should never engage 4wd on dry pavement and that was why it was making noise. When I picked my vehicle up after a week all they did was "seal" the exhaust manifold and crack. The people here are friendly but I have regrets and Im not sure Id purchase here again.

Were a bit new to the area, and EchoPark seems like a great place for reliable, honest service for our vehicles. I recently brought in one of our cars to address issues that were seemingly related to missteps made by two previous OEM dealerships. My experience with each member of the team at EchoPark was positive, from the service manager who received my walk-in appointment to the person who was managing the checkout process after the service desk had closed that evening (the work was performed same-day). Not only did they diagnose and correct the problem that caused my visit, but they also offered two additional services that were ACTUALLY NEEDED (imagine that!). My brake fluid was almost black in color...the same as it had been when the previous dealership overlooked that need while replacing all of the brakes. I wasnt aware that my power steering fluid needed to be changed, but I was pleasantly surprised by the improved smoothness of the steering - a change that I noticed as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot. Well continue to use EchoPark for all of our service needs going forward. Highly recommend.

Elizabeth at the central office was very helpful initially when my family made the contact to purchase a vehicle at your Arapahoe location. She was able to track vehicles that fit my needs and criteria and was able to track down a 2012 Kia Sorento that I was interested in--although it wasnt at the Arapahoe location upon initial inquiry. Jakob did a wonderful job walking me through the buying process for the 2012 Kia Sorento I was interested in purchasing. It was fast, easy and simple and i really enjoyed the paperless electronic system. I would recommend Echo Park and the Arapahoe location to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. The team that Echo Park has at the Arapahoe location is amazing . Ive never been met with so many smiling faces and pleasantries as i have from this location. This was definitely the best car buying experience I have ever had!! Way to go team for not making me haggle over pricing, supplemental insurance policies or other services that the other car companies push on top of an already inflated MSRP. You truly are one of a kind and every car does deserve a happy owner!!! Thanks!!! Laura

Kevin and his service team are awesome! We have 2 cars and both have been in the shop at various times. All times that I have had to bring our cars in, we have received nothing but the best and most attentive service you could ask for. They take the time to listen and go over every detail, not just look at one thing and say "oh, this is the problem", charge you a $1000 and then say Ohh, I am sorry, but it was really this" and charge you another $1000. (Yes, I have had that happen with another service place, not EchoPark). They really try to help with discounts and such, to make the experience as least painful, as possible. I mean, whoever plans on their car breaking down? I have not been to the other EchoParks in Colorado, but I can say with extreme satisfaction and assurance, that the EchoPark in Centennial, CO is by far the best service and repair that I have ever been to. If the Centennial location is an indication of what the others are like, you definitely wont go wrong bringing your car to them. However, if you really want the best, then take a drive and visit the Centennial store!
