I will continue to go to Mike Hale Chevrolet for all my car needs because I am truly happy with the experience I have with them every time! The biggest thing that stood out to me about them is that they are 100% honest and upfront in all aspects of their business; whether thats talking to me about all my options for a new car, or simply helping me with parts & accessories for my current car. I go to them for everything from parts for roof racks I was gifted, to getting new tires with their price match guarantee. I am a single girl in my early 20s and can honestly say that Mike Hale Chevrolet is the only dealership that I feel completely comfortable going to alone, without fear that Ill be taken advantage of. All the salesman there are more concerned with helping me get what I want and need; rather than trying to trick me into something I dont need, just so they could make the maximum sale. Ive personally dealt with Mike Hale himself on numerous occasions in which he always treated me with kindness and fairness, and I truly believe that he cares about the dealership and those who put their trust in them. Always grateful for their honesty and constant Customer First philosophy- something thats hard to find in a many of todays dealerships. Cant thank Mike Hale and his team at this Park City Chevrolet store for everything they do!! Loyal customer for life!

My experience in buying from Mike Hale Chevrolet has been nothing short of incredible. When I made the decision to buy a Colorado, they were extremely helpful in advising me what all of the available options were, which options they recommended I choose, and which ones could be left out as they didnt fit in to my budget. I was never guilt tripped in to buying any options, service plans, or extended warranties which has not been my experience elsewhere. I was updated regularly as to what stage of production my truck was in, and was given a good idea of when the truck was to be delivered. When it was delivered, I decided to have several things installed by the dealer such as a spray on bed liner, bug guard, undercoating and some nice aftermarket floor mats, all of which were installed in a very efficient and timely manner. They are also lifesavers in protecting the interior and exterior of my truck and couldnt be recommend more. I was completely satisfied by my experience of buying a new truck, and I will definitely use Mike Hale Chevrolet in the future despite there being half a dozen dealerships between where I live in Logan and where Mike Hale is in Park City. Their service exceeded every expectation I had, and I felt like I was treated better than family every step of the way.

Ive been coming to Mike Hale since 2002 & my dads been going there much longer. They are refreshingly honest and unlike most stereotypical car dealerships. Ken, Sales Manager, knows his customers & is always there with a smile and an interest in how your family is doing. Hes been there a long time, is very knowledgeable & certainly will accommodate your needs best he can. The service department has always been superb. In fact, I learned years ago not to take my Chevy to just any GM service department. When Phil, Service Manager, tells me "This is all your Tahoe needs done now" I trust him - I know Im not going to be sold unnecessary things. Plus, work is done right the first time. And I heard they service many other vehicle manufacturers too! Quality & customer satisfaction with a smile! Thank you Mike Hale Chevrolet!

I have a 2007 Chevy Avalanche I bought from a used car lot. I took it in because my dashboard rattled too much. They were the first to tell me it was a off brand replacement and after shopping around, they were the only ones to give a fixed quote to replace it. The truck was lifted when I bought it and it need more work. I worked with JoNeal and Bart in the Park City Dealership and together we did a new dash, headlights, bull bar, K&N intake, chip tuning and new exhaust. Oh, plus new mirrors. They both did a great job of recommending what was basic. Then we worked together to make it look cool. It turned out awesome! I have to mention I bought my first Chevy Avalanche at Mike Hale in Park City, had to sell it and now I have a different but better Avalanche then I could have imagined. Wish I could post pictures!

I took my car to an entity in Salt Lake to have it serviced, oil change, etc. They informed me that my car needed struts - very soon - and the cost was just below $800 to do the work. Janean told me to take it to Mike Hale Chevrolet to see what they would say. They informed me the struts did NOT need to be replaced - that they may last another 2-3 years. I appreciate their honesty in saving me several hundred dollars. I will NOT be going back to the other place (as you might expect). Mike Hale has my business from here on out. It was WELL WORTH the beautiful drive up the canyon to take it to the Mike Hale Dealership. I am very pleased with their service.

After watching George Costanza declare that the only reason to take your car to a dealer for servicing was to get ripped off, I was hesitant to get my oil changed at Mike Hale, or any dealer for that matter. I could not have had a sillier prejudice. I had a factory recall so I had regular service while I was there. The staff gave me a warm welcome and an accurate estimate of how long it would take. There is a very comfortable waiting room with coffee and wi-fi where I could get some work done. In less than an hour they completed the work and presented me with a bill that was very fair. What more can you expect? Sorry George, you were dead wrong.

These guys are awesome. I stopped by Mike Hale Chevrolet after a day of skiing to look at there used car selection and I have to be honest, these guys are by far the most trustworthy and transparent when it come to their used car business model. Ive bought a lot of used cars over the years and never have i ever had a dealership be so up front and honest about there pricing and selection. When Im ready to buy it will defiantly be from these guys. I did end up buying a set a new tires about a week after my initial visit. They even price matched my tires to insure i got the best price. Awesome customer service.

I recently went to Mike Hale Chevrolet and I cannot tell you enough how much I appreciate their honesty and professionalism! It is rare in todays day and age. They were very transparent with their costs and I knew exactly what I was paying for - the guessing and haggling games were not necessary. Mike Hale, General Manager, made it a point to introduce himself and ensure I was happy with my experience. I live in Salt Lake City and will continue to take my car up to their Chevy dealership to get any service or warranty work completed.
