I traded my baby in and purchased a newer car from you guys this past Saturday (that I am in total love with by the way). You guys are truly a one of a kind group! My experience from start to finish was amazing. Jay Perrin, my salesman was very nice, soft spoken. I did not feel super rushed or pressured at all. I feel he was honest and up front with me with everything. The gentlemen who I signed all the final paperwork with (sorry I dont remember his name) was great in explaining everything and answering my questions. He made the daunting process which I dreaded super fast and easy. I was in and out, test drive and all in less then 2 hours. That has NEVER happened in any car I have purchased. The night I bought the car, I had a minor issue with one of the headlights and was at your place first thing this morning and the service guy (tall guy, super friendly, and of course I didnt get his name either) was on the problem immediately. Even a few of the guys who were there Saturday when I bought the car came up and made sure everything was ok, and I was assured multiple times it would get fixed and even thanked for bringing the car in to you guys to be looked at. They worked diligently to find the small part that is needed and are fixing it this afternoon. I will be referring anyone and everyone I know there. I am super satisfied with the whole process. Buying a car has never been so easy. (I also noticed the lot was way emptier this morning so it looks like you guys sold a lot of cars this weekend and now I know why!) Even when I got approved for the car loan, multiple staff members came up and congratulated me. It was a great feeling! Thank you again! Please keep up the great work! When I got home my husband said "Do they have any nice trucks there?" lol so I have a feeling we will be back. Thanks again for your amazing customer service! I have honestly never experienced anything like this from a car dealership. Most of them are like vultures to a dead carcuss lol (If I could give you 10 stars I would!)

SO hurt sad and disappointed. I purchased a 2010 Chevrolet Aveo Lt in January 2016, and i have had nothing but issues with this vehicle. This was my very first time buying a vehicle, and i have buyers remorse. Ive tried to remain hopeful and I have tried not to put a review, but i am at my breaking point. I have been to the dealership every month, a couple times a month to get my car checked out. My vehicle stalls out, loses power, and Ive almost been rear ended by another car by this vehicle. I have addressed my concerns time after time and nothing has changed. In 10 months my catalytic converter has broken (paid 200.00) purchased a battery in sept (108.00), and thats not it. Im so ashamed and embarassed about my car. So now im being given the run around about getting my car serviced. I have been told that i have to take my car to the Chevrolet dealership to get my car worked on and diagnosed. WAIT ✋...why should i have to take my car to another place and get it worked on and I have a warranty? The last time I took my vehicle to get checked out, they did not even drive it. I dont wish this experience on my worst enemy. I have also asked time after time can I PLEASE trade my car out, I was told that i would have to come up with money to trade it in. I was sold a lemon and i work hard to pay for my car (450.00) including car payment and insurance, and i dont feel safe, and i fear for my safety. I cannot even drive comfortably on the highway or in the city. This situation brings tears to my eyes.If its up to me to refer anyone to Atlas Automotive it would not happen. Im happy that everyone else experience has been a pleasurable one. I really really wish that i felt the same way. My paper trail is getting thick dealing with these issues. Actually today i went to autozone and got my car diagnosed and my throttle body assembly needs to be cleaned. Asked to get my car serviced, and i was told to take it to the Chevrolet dealership and that it wasnt diagnosed properly

On Saturday March 22, 2014, I went to Atlas looking to purchase a vehicle they had on the lot for my wife. That day we (her and I) were both supposed to go out shopping for vehicles but last minute a friend asked her to babysit. The only vehicle we had that time to fit all three of us, did not have air conditioning and the child was an infant. So she decided since we had already spotted 3 vehicles we were interested in and we simply wanted to go down of coarse and visually inspect the vehicle and test drive them to choose from there right? I would just go down make sure mechanically they were good and buy one! I can write 3 pages from here about the horrible treatment I got from "Kevin", but for the sake of time please let me share this: I felt stereo typed ( I drive a 07 C6 Corvette, but drove our junk truck because we were trading that in and didnt change my attire I had on from a football game I coached early that morning ) He would not let me test drive the vehicle because it was going to go just under my wifes name. I showed him both mine and my wifes valid DL and restated to him if I like this vehicle her and I would purchase. He again refused because she wasnt there. I then of course said fine (giving him one more chance) I want to drive the vehicle and said never mind my wife, if I like all buy myself. He obviously did not believe because he said no. I asked to speak with a manager and he said he was! WOW I of coarse walked out. This dealership is WAAYY to far out there to hassle anybody that express interest by going out there? I ended up buying right down the Main st. that day from Arizona Car Sales. Those guys were night and day from the experience I got at Atlas. I would love to share that with Kevins boss and hopefully he reads this! Jeremy

Atlas Automotive was an answer to prayers. We flew out to San Diego to bring my sister home after her husband deployed. She had just had her car checked out by a local mechanic who said it was perfect for the cross country trip. We headed back to the Kentucky-Tennessee Border but about 40 miles from Grand Junction the car decided to disagree. We called around to see if any shops were open on a Saturday afternoon and fortunately we found Atlas Automotive. We called ahead to let them know the situation and that we were waiting on the tow truck. The owner, Rick, agreed to wait for us to get there as they would normally be closed before we got there. Not only did he wait for us, he even checked out the car when we got there. Unfortunately, there was nothing that could be done for the engine as it had thrown a rod. Rick and his lovely wife helped us find a local hotel and then drove us there. There were not any rental cars available so we decided to buy a cheap car to continue our trip. Rick even checked it out for us and saved us from another disaster waiting to happen. The guys at Atlas Auto called around and found us a rental car on Sunday when we had been told none were available. Slew, Ricks Dad, even drove us to pick up the rental. And since we had no way of taking care of the car with the busted engine, Rick even took care of that for us and was able to send us on our way with some extra cash. It was easy to see that Atlas Automotive is a reflection of the people who own and work there. They go above and beyond for their customers just as they did when they served their country. They strive to take care of the customer, not just make a buck as they didnt charge us for anything. And for that reason we give a big salute to Atlas Automotive.
