Taking my car here for warranty repair work was one of the worst and most expensive decisions of my life. This place is a joke. It is the WORST shop Ive EVER been to. My car came out of this place (finally after them keeping it there for an ENTIRE MONTH) with more issues than it had when I brought it there. This was after well over $5,000 worth of repairs. They treated my car like a side job and only worked on it after I called them (and got put on hold for 20 minutes) countless times and nagged them to work on it. This car is my daily driver. I NEEDED it back. I had to go down there in person numerous times and demand that they start working on the car. I eventually got so sick of the BS that I called up and demanded to speak to the store manager. I was put on hold for at least 20 minutes, told that they couldnt get the boss on the phone because he just couldnt be bothered to do his job and then put on hold for another 10 minutes until I finally got this extremely rude, disrespectful, CLUELESS guy on the phone who was a complete joke of a store manager. Countless times I was promised that they would have my car done by a certain date and every single time I called for a status update I was told that the car hadnt even been touched yet. They lost the new warranty information on the engine they attempted to put in so now Im stuck with a car that has an oil leak, coolant leak, multiple engine codes and multiple parts that werent installed correctly (or at all) because the techs dont know what theyre doing. Now theyre begging me to take my car to a different shop because they dont want to fix what they messed up. Like Im supposed to pay somebody else to figure out and fix everything this place broke. BS promises. Rude, clueless manager, NO organization. Techs who dont know what theyre doing and wont spend more than 5 minutes working on your car. If you want horrible service then this is the place to go.

It doesnt give the option of 0 stars because that is what they deserve. Penn Auto Group is where you take your car for "free inspection" if you keep the Star Auto Mall sticker on your car. Penn Auto Group wont pass your car they come up with bullsh*t so not to pass it and try to make you come out of pocket for unnecessary repairs. I purchased 2 cars from Star. Attemped to take the both vehicles to get inspected at Penn and both times they didnt want to pass them. I took the vehicles to The actual Hyundai dealership and they stated they were passable no issues. I didnt want to pay out of pocket for the inspection when Im entitled to a free inspection so I took the car from Hyundai over to Penn and they didnt want to pass it. I wont return here ever again. Twice I went to Penn both times they gave me problems. Never again. I will be removing the Star Auto Mall stickers off my vehicles. No more free advertising for them. Dont bother wasting your time with the free inspection if you purchase a car from them its not worth the effort, time, or frustration they put you thru. Its crazy to me that the dealer passed my vehicle, the garage I take my cars to for maintenance passed my vehicle but the place where Im supposed to get a free inspection wont pass it. Penn Auto Group sucks. They just try to get over and take advantage you. Take your vehicle elsewhere. They just want your money!!!

I will never do business here again. After shopping around here for a few hours and waiting on salesman to get approval for sales price, we drive the car home and within a week we start having some electrical issues. The car would randomly die while being driven, with a newborn baby in the car, or even not start. So after replacing the battery within a few weeks of receiving the car, the problem persisted and the check engine light popped up. Tried driving the car to the nearest AutoZone for a free check engine diagnosis. The car made it half way before it died and would cease to start again at all. After getting the car towed to a mechanic and $300 later for a diagnosis, we were told to abandon the car because it would cost as much money as we paid for the car to fix it. It took my mechanic 3 days alone to trace the faulty wiring within the vehicle, and on top of that it contained a defective ECM unit. So all in all, it would have been 500 for an ECM, 500 for wiring, and 1000 for labor. After calling to try and get some sort of resolution from the company, their secretary was rude, disrespectful, and had the audacity to say good luck with my problems. I reported this company to the BBB because I am clearly not the first person this scheme was pulled on. If I could give zero stars I would.

The worst place for repairing your car. After calling and explaining types of repairing needed, the costumer service told us to drop the car for 2 days. The lady told us the car will be ready in 2 days. When we arrived to the place, she said that they are not able to fix everything during these two days since they are really busy. The lady told us they are able to fix only few things during these two days. It already became a waste of money since we rented a car for two days but we decided to give it a chance and at least fix some things. We already rented the car for these two days. When we came back after few days, our car was staying exactly in the same spot and NOBODY EVEN LOOKED AT IT. We were shocked and asked the costumer service why they did not start repairing. The costumer service told us that they did not have time and FORGOT TO CALL US ABOUT THIS. We spent some time trying to explain the costumer service and even the upper management that we need to be reimbursed for our car renting. They even did not want to hear about this. Basically we lost money because of them and did not get our car repaired. BEWARE!

Great price. Was looking for a suv. Was approved over the phone. Came towards the end of the day. Didnt like the current selection of suvs. Vowed no more vans. Then saw a 07 hyaundai entourage 50000 miles. Drove it. Fell in love with it. Got a great deal. Would have giving 5 stars but the van within a month started having spark issues while driving. The 3rd time there with it my salesman Mike see me and I tell him. He quickly looked at me and literally took off. Never asked me anything. After the 5th time I said Im not starting and want a rental. They agreed and sent it phillipsburg hyaundai. No issues since. Great prices. Service cant do all so make sure you buy the warranty. They cover deductible of you take it to them. Only 100. Might be better just to take it somewhere else.

It was good at first when I thought they were working with me for my price for a used car. Until 1 week later a check engine light comes and i have to be out my new car for a week then 2 weeks later I had to pay my note and realized they tell you anything to get money. I negotiated getting my car for 16700 plus tax 18000 when I looked at my paperwork they sold it to me plus 19000+ they never used the number we negotiated and claimed I signed it I should have read it 1st . They might be right about that... but bad business false negotiations and had the nerve to ask me to refer people to go there ... Never
