Financed a 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe from this dealership in may of this year. Very disappointed in the quackery of their service department. My genesiss check engine light came on less than two weeks after purchase, ok these this happen from time to time I told myself but, when it comes time to call the dealership, the service manager Patrick has the audacity to tell me that my check engine light is not covered under the 90 day warranty. I couldnt help to resist laughing at him over the phone as he said let me call you right back. I recieve a call 10 min later from Patrick telling me that I am still under factory warranty and to have a Hyundai dealer fix the problem. This dealer will tell you whatever you want to hear but when it comes time to right a wrong they point fingers elsewhere instead of helping a potential loyal customer. Thank you for a lousey first time buying experience. Also car was brought back a week after purchase needing an alignment and to check an awkward noise comming from under the hood, after waiting 3 hours in their waiting room my car still sounded horrible and pulled heavily to the right which was explained to be a "normal sound" and the factory tires made the car follow the crown of the road. I gave this dealership $20,000 and they couldnt even make sure my front end was aligned properly, not to even mention if that noise was "normal" as Patrick stated why did my check engine come on a week later? My brand new car was in the shop 4 separate occasions in the first month because these guys didnt want to eat the repair costs which they should have rightfully done with no questions asked the first time I brought up a concern, but they just sent me down the road. Still waiting on a call back from the GM whom ive called 3 separate times over the first month of owning the car. Also recieved a $37 check from them, which I would assume was to help me cover to get my brand new car aligned.

I bought the car from this dealership last year. I recently received a recall letter, so I contacted the service department for the recall. The first call was on a Monday; I was told I would get a call back when the parts arrive to schedule me in. Then the same week, I called on a Friday to schedule or find out when the part will arrive, and I was told that the part is on back order (keep in mind this is a recall, and I had JUST received a recall letter). So, I waited since I was not sure if they were lying to me. I contacted corporate one month later, and they confirmed that when you receive the letter for a recall, there should not be any backup orders for parts. Corporate open a case for the situation, then when they were contacted by their district manager, they stated that they had several parts in stock now, so they will contact me to schedule an appointment. I ended up calling them to schedule an appointment. Then ON THE DAY of the appointment, I received a call telling me not to come in because the part was not there and they JUST ordered the part that day. Conclusion, I will never buy another Mitsubishi because I will now have to go out of my way to another dealership that is not shady and liars to service the recall. Also, I would recommend never to buy a Mitsubishi if you live in the area or if you don’t mind traveling a bit further for a better service, such as a recall. Throughout the whole problem, I was NEVER contacted by anyone, but corporate case manager shows that the place does not care that they are conducting some shady business.

I purchased my 2013 Mitsubishi Lancer in early February of this year; so far I have great feedback to give for this dealership, I was assisted by Brad who was very helpful and answered ALL of my questions, he, along with the rest of the Peruzzi team are very helpful and try their best to accommodate to the buyers needs, at first I was skeptical because the price online was 2000 less than at the dealership, but I spoke with a few people and was told thats usually the case since they dont include taxes so I guess it was pretty accurate. I wanted to get the car under my name but i ended up having to put a down payment. We decided to have my mom cosign and I was able to "sign and drivewhole process took about 3-4 hours but it was all worth it. They are always in reach, literally one phone call away when i have any questions. Its been about 3 months now and I have no complaints, special thanks to Gabriel colon as well which managed to lower my interest rate and allowed me to sign and drive ,I forgot to mention that when I first received my vehicle, the left speaker was popped, I let Gabriel colon know about it, at first they told me I had to pay about 100 bucks to fix it. Which I accepted but kind of upset me a bit since it wasnt my fault, but the day I brought it in I was ready to pay and they told me theyd take care of it! Free of charge ! Since Gabriel told them I informed him about it early on. All in all, I have great things to say about this place!

After haggling with other dealers and for the most part having negative experiences almost to the point of insulting my intelligence, I was extremely happy with the customer service at Peruzzi Mitsubishi in Q-town! I immediately got a good feeling about the salesman the instant I met him. The one thing that made a major difference to me was the fact that the guys at Peruzzi didnt insult me by throwing extremely low numbers at me for my trade and extremely high finance numbers. They immediately beat the deal I was offered from other dealers after painful hours of negotiations that I ended up walking away from because I knew there was still a little negotiating room. I never wanted the other dealers to not make any money, I just felt they were being greedy and tried to tell me that I wasnt seeing the numbers correctly (insulting)...peruzzi never seemed greedy and were completely honest with me and thats what sold me..I was more willing to give them my money because they respected me. I want to thank and recommend Jeff Yates (salesman) for anyone looking for a no nonsense experience. I also would like to thank the GM and finance department for dealing with me face to face and for their effort to get me a great deal! Highly recommended!!!

I took my Lancer to this dealer due to the airbag igniter recall. When I got my car back my air vent selector knob didnt work anymore. I called the service manager, Patrick, and he asked me to bring my car back in to them so that he could take a look. After waiting for an hour and a half, he told me that they would not "claim responsibility" for fixing the air vent selector knob since the temperature knob selector knob wasnt working when I brought the car in. He refused to explain how this made any sense since it was working 100% fine when I dropped it off. I asked to speak to the GM who gave me the BS. I called Mitsubishi who contacted the dealer but they said there is nothing they could do since it was no longer under warranty. If at all possible I would avoid coming here for service. When I first called them about the recall the person on the phone was rude and seemed agitated that he had to talk to me. I wish I would have listened to my gut instinct at that time and taken it to another dealer for service.
