These guys are professionals. While I had done a lot of research on what I was buying Paul gave me the freedom to look, feel, and touch the two Grand Cherokees I was interested in. I passed on the one I came in to look at and found that another one they had was perfect for my wants and needs. I had two children along with my wife and he was very patient with us as we worked to keep the kids in check. Finally, they stayed late to do the paperwork and the following business day took care of all my legal requirements regarding my own insurance, registration, etc. Im from the Scranton area and take pride in servicing my customers with the respect I would like, and I dont usually get that reciprocated as a customer in my area. But these guys made my trip worth it. Thanks Paul and your team.

Star was an absolute pleasure to work with! This was my first time using them, dealt with Rob and Tom. Their prices are very competitive and they will work with you to get you in the vehicle you want! Even after the purchase they worked with me and paid for an extra key fob since the vehicle only had one key. In addition, they have great financing connections and I was impressed that they were able to get me a lower interested rate than quoted elsewhere. I called the night before to ensure the Jeep Wrangler I wanted to test drive was at the lot, I drove an 1 1/2 hours to find out they "moved it to another lot just up the road" 35 minutes later the jeep arrived later to the lot. (Three representatives had three different stories as to where the Jeep was and why) The salesman, did not try "selling" me the car or really giving me any information on it. When I went to make an offer, he did nothing to attempt to close the deal, or overcome objections. Not very sales savvy, or professional.

I would first of all like to thank Steve Miller for going above and beyond with helping me get into the right truck. He was presented with a very particular situation and was more than happy to help us overcome it make us feel comfortable the whole way. The process of buying the vehicle was made enjoyable in which it usually isnt. He went over the whole truck with me and explained all of its features and made sure I had no questions before I left. I will definitely recommend him to anyone that is in the market for a new vehicle!

very nice group of people. The guy showing me the orange Jeep I wanted to look at didnt seem interested in making a sale, didnt know much about the Jeep and it put me off. He wasnt welcoming and must have sold enough cars that week. I went to Brown Daub instead and ended up spending $28k on a new Jeep.
