My family stopped into Auto World a few weeks ago in the process of looking for a reliable used car for my son who recently graduated from high school and needed a vehicle in order to attend his college classes, as well as use for work, etc. Upon entering the lot and seeing several nice vehicles, we spotted a 2008 Nissan Altima. As we looked around at a few other vehicles, Mike Majeski, the Finance Manager and one of the people involved in sales came out and immediately was polite and not at all aggressive (or worse, apathetic) as some salespeople are in car lots. He suggested a few vehicles that fit what we were looking for, and he was able to answer any questions we had regarding the mechanical nature of the cars as well as any finance options we needed. Overall, the professionalism and kindness evident in Mikes demeanor, as well as the clean and reliable vehicles that were on the lot, made our job that much easier. Looking for a car can be a daunting task, but with people like Mike, Bill, and the mechanics in their on-site garage, the experience was pleasurable. We even had a minor issue with the vehicle upon leaving with our newly-purchased Nissan that was immediately and professionally taken care of by the staff at Auto World. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to feel valued as a customer, and confident in a dealership that obviously stands behind their products. If and when Im in the market again, Ill be sure to stop by and hopefully do business with Auto World!

One the most unprofessional shops iv seen. I brought my car to get its yearly inspection stickers. They passed my car in about 10 minutes. Little did I know they passed my car even tho it had severe rust throughout the intire frame. So bad that not even 3 months later the frame of the car cracked in half. Yes cracked directly in half. I assumed, considering stickers are good for a year at a time that the frame would be fine considering I passed. But clearly not. I guess this may be one of those scechty shops that You bring your car to get inspected if YOU KNOW IT CANT PASS ( I didnt know those places actually existed). I relied on the knowledge of his inpector to his job correctly and he clearly did not. Luckily I wasnt on the highway when this happened because I likely wouldve gotten severely injured. Bottom line, if this place just did their job correctly I would have been able to bring my car back to the place I bought it. But instead I had the car past its 30 day grace period and ended up having to pay 4grand for a brand new frame. Definitely wouldnt buy a car there or have any work done by then since this is how the shop is ran.

I recently bought a 2000 BMW 323 ci from auto world. When I first talked to Mike, one of the salesman, he told me that the car was in very good condition and that it had no mechanical issues. The car was not in very good condition but I talked the price down and bought the car. With my work schedule I was not able to be there to pick up the car so my father went and got it for me. They made him sign a paper that said the car was in poor condition and had a check engine light on. This was not told to me and if it was I would not have bought the car. Mike lied and so did the owner when my father picked the car up. Also, they didnt even bother washing the car for me or put in the floor mats that they said they would. I called Mike the following week to ask where the floor mats were and he said he would get them for me and call me back. He never called me back. I will never buy a car from auto world again and hope that you dont get lied to like I did. Stay away from auto world.

AutoWorld had informative Website listing Mercedes-Benz 300D with many descriptive pictures. Called Mike Majeski and discussed vehicle and a websale and delivery to North Carolina. He was knowledgeable about car and referred me to CarFax for car and service history. Car had excellent service history but had two sideswipe accidents. Mike took detailed, close-up text pictures of all blemishes. Turns out elderly lady drove car less than 3000 miles per year but ran into things in parking lots. Re-negotiated sales price that acknowledged dings, scratches, and only one remote key. Picked up car Friday, January 13th. Found car to be better condition than website pictures and subsequent texts showed. Plus it was clean, full of fuel, and ready to drive eight hours to North Carolina. You take a chance on any pre-owned car; but I discovered that you can count on Mike Majeski! Thourghly satisfied with AutoWorld. Ron Sain, Newton, NC.

Auto World USA had a vehicle that I was looking for and has been near impossible for me to find. I paid for a 3rd party technician to come and take a look at the vehicle on a Saturday since I was not able. Everything checked out, so I immediately told Bill that I was buying it and put a down payment on the car over the phone and said that I would pick it up next week since I live far away. I was told at that time that the car was mine. I got a call the following Monday saying that the car was sold later that day. They basically sold a car that was no longer theirs to sell since I had confirmed the purchase. The minute I bought it, the car should have been taken off the lot and made ready for me to pick it up. Their word was worthless, and now I am without a vehicle that I cant just go out and find another of because they just arent available on the market. Its just plain dishonesty.

My husband and I are expecting our second child, and we needed to find a bigger vehicle to accommodate our growing family. We purchased a 2006 Honda Odyssey from this dealer, and we really could not have asked for a better experience. We got a great minivan with low mileage and top-of-the-line features at a very competitive price, and the dealer traded in my car at a fair value. Throughout the process of looking at vehicles and ultimately purchasing one at Auto World, the sales people there were not pushy like at other dealerships, and they were very honest in responding to all of our questions. They offered a variety of extended warranties to match our budget, and we now have peace of mind in knowing that we have good coverage, should any issues arise. I am always very skeptical of car dealerships, but I can recommend this one with confidence.

Bought a 2005 Audi A6 with 64,000 miles. Was told title was clean and it was traded in later to learn that they had bought it from an auction. I bought the car and 2 months later the Engine Control Module went because someone tampered with it before I purchased the vehicle. They went into the Engine Control Module and blocked the fault codes from showing so as soon as my Engine Control Module was replaced, a list of fault codes came up. Almost 10 months and $4,000 later the car has no fault codes and still drives a little weird. Do not buy from this place. This place should really learn some honesty and own up to their mistakes. Stay away. Youre better off buying a dumpster with wheels. And their reviews are so bad they had to BS a good review which is below mine.
