This "dealership" sells vehicles on Ebay under account philly-autosales. Tried to demand payment by wire transfer to unknown bank account at PNC Bank. There is no way to know or prove that that account belongs to J & H Auto Sales. Salesman Dmitriiy tried to declare they do not accept "personal check" for payment. There were no payment requirements listed in Ebay listing. We overnighted a check to J & H Auto Sales, and that check cleared our bank 4 days after auction end. I request a bill of sale for our records (the Ebay listing is legally the bill of sale and can be used to transfer title and register a vehicle.) The Ebay listing states more than once that the vehicle is sold with a warranty. After 3 requests for a bill of sale Dmitriiy sends a bill of sale marked "as is no warranty" and a third party service contract for the powertrain. He refuses to release the vehicle to the shipping company unless an "as is" bill of sale is signed. There is of course no legal standing for such a demand as vehicle was purchased through Ebay. I contact Ebay and begin process for Vehicle Purchase Protection. They request I attempt to resolve issue with seller one more time before finalizing reimbursement request. I call Dmitriiy. As usual the conversation did not go well as Dmitriiy has an extremely warped comprehension of how business transactions in America are supposed to proceed. I offer to pay to have the vehicle towed to a local reputable mechanics shop to be inspected and for us to sign a bill of sale not marked "as is" as long as the inspection report didnt show major undisclosed repairs of the vehicle were required. I stated that a few hundred dollars worth of undisclosed repairs could be overlooked and we would accept the vehicle as purchased through Ebay, not "as is." Dmitriiy of course just continues to demand "as is" bill of sale outside Ebays buyer protections be signed along with the title (which they havent sent), and wont agree to allow a reputable third party to inspect the vehicle. I complete sign up for Vehicle Purchase Protection and philly-autosales relists the pick up we paid for more than a month ago with the same lies about it being warrantied. Meanwhile, overnight negative feedback for philly-autosales turns into positive feedback and I discover Ebay facilitates a bribery system whereby sellers can convince buyers to change their feedback from negative to positive "somehow." We will not be bought off in such a manner and will no longer purchase through Ebay Motors.

i am very disappointed in my recent visit to one of J&Hs car lots the salesman i dealt with was not very helpful and treated me like i did not know what i was looking at, i do understand that they have to make a profit on their cars that they sell but all i wanted was the salesmans honesty and a reasonable price on the truck that i was there to buy. i had a craigslist post of the exact vehicle i was there looking at from the previous owner that j&h had bought the vehicle from and all the salesman did was deny that it was the same vehicle. i told the salesman that i did understand they had to make a profit on the vehicle and i had no problem with that but for them to try and make in excess of $4500 and would not even consider a penny less for the vehicle really disappointed me. i would never consider returning to this dealer they are not very trust worthy at all and when confronted with the ad of the same vehicle they got very rude and pushy insisting it wasnt the same vehicle. all i can say is beware of this dealer.

Purchased a vehicle off of E-Bay from this dealership as a Serviced and Inspected Vehicle. 3 Hours after owning it the brakes go. Brought it to a dealership and they took the tires off to find frozen calipers, shot rotors and disintergrated discs that crumbled off. Contacted the dealership and the Salesman Dimitry stated nothing more then the dealership is corrupt and would not help. Interesting how he stated the DEALERSHIP is corrupt!!!!!! Over $1000 to fix the brakes. The next day the engine went, There 3000 mile/3 month warranty that is supposed to cover the engine and powertrain is covering nothing. $6,600 to fix the motor on this truck. Ive been calling and texting the salesman Dimitry and getting no answers. there main number no one answers. Do not buy from this dealership.

DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER. THEY LIE LIKE DOGS. EVERYTHING LISTED IN THE ADD WAS A LIE. THE VAN IS SETTING AT MY LOCAL DEALERSHIP WITH A BLOWN ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION OUT AFTER HAVING IT 2 DAYS, COSTING ALMOST 4,000.00, ALL THEY SAY IS "ME NO UNDERSTAND", IF YOU DONT UNDERSTAND GO BACK TO WHERE YOU CAME FROM WE DONT NEED YOUR TYPE HERE, WILL NOT PASS KY INSPECTION, COST 1,300.00 JUST TO GET IT TO PASS INSPECTION, YOUR BEST BET IS TO STAY AWAY FROM HIM, I WISH I HAD NEVER SEEN HIS ADD ON EBAY, AND I HAD WISH I HAD SEEN THE REVIEWS ON HERE FIRST, FOR WHAT I HAVE SPENT ON REPAIRS I COULD HAVE GOTTEN A LOT BETTER VAN IN KY INSTEAD OF DRIVING 9 HOURS ONE WAY TO GET THIS PIECE OF JUNK............STAY AWAY

This seller also sells vehicles on ebay under philly-autosales please please please do some research before buying from this guy. He does not honor the warranty he gives you and as soon as you pay him for the vehicle everything changes. This seller got me good. I gave him every opportunity to make things right and he refused. He even told me he left the country. Do not trust this seller. The whole experience was horrible let and he is a fake and a fraud. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Buyers beware this dealership does business on eBay using the name Philly-Auto sales. Dont believe any good eBay reviews this dealer is a liar and con artist. Avoid this buyer at all cost! Make sure you do your research before being conned into his lies.
