I purchased a used 2016 fully loaded Mustang Ecoboost back in May. I dealt with Joe Conway and Jake Moore. They were awesome and made the buying process so easy and quick. But the managers there are complete jokes. They are rude and unprofessional. I dealt with Amit and Sean. They do not know how to talk to customers. They made rude comments and tried pushing all of these little unnecessary and very costly items on me while trying to sign paperwork. After I had the car for a couple weeks, I started realizing problems with it. The brakes were squeaking, prongs in the cupholders were missing, the touch screen would work sometimes and would disconnect my bluetooth every other day and the audio would stop working at that point as well so I had many silent car rides. There is a light on my side mirrors that projects horses onto the ground at night, and the passenger side mirror projected what looked like a giant puddle. I was given 2 remotes for my car, then realized that neither of them had keys inside of them incase the remotes stopped working. Then, on top of all of those problems, I heard a creaking noise when I would turn my steering wheel. The car was 1 year old and had 16k miles on it. I called ford and made an appointment to get all of this stuff fixed and when I got there, they said that they didnt have me down for an appointment at all and that there was nothing they could do for me that day. I made an appointment for another day instead and when I got there, they told me that they could only fix certain problems because they needed to order parts for the rest of the things. (they should have looked at my car and ordered the parts the first time I was there) They gave me ONE key because thats all they had in stock. They reset my touch screen (which is what Ive done plenty of times). They listened to the breaks and the creaking noise and they said everything is fine. (but how is everything fine when there are noises happening that shouldnt be happening) They said they would call me when the rest of the parts came in so I could make another appointment. They call me 3 weeks later and I finally make an appointment thinking that everything would finally be resolved. They told me that they would need my car all day and that I could get a loaner car so I could go to work later that day. I asked if I had to be a certain age to get a loaner car and they said no. When I got there, they realized that Im under 25 and tell me that they have no loaner cars available and they cant rent a car from enterprise since Im not 25. I made my appointment for 7:30 a.m that day and I had to be at work at 11. So I told them to fix what they could in 2 hours. They put another key in my other remote, reset the touch screen (again, but still does the same thing) and told me that they replaced the brakes but the brakes still squeak. Even louder now. Now, they want me to bring my car back again another day and leave it there all day so they can fix my cupholders and look into the creaking noise. It would be less of a problem if this dealership wasnt 30 minutes away from my house. Pacifico is making this a lot longer and harder than it has to be. Especially when I work everyday and they cant provide me any type of transportation. Im off on Saturdays but they dont have people working on Saturdays that can fix any of my problems. This has been more of a hassle than its worth. I took my car to my mechanic for an oil change and told him to look into that creaking noise as it didnt sound "fine" at all. He told me it was my left front control arm, and it needed to be replaced immediately. I called pacifico and told them what I needed and they hung up on me. Multiple times. The sales department was wonderful, but as far as service goes, its terrible. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Now, I will be taking my car to murphy ford since they seem to care about their customers. I wrote to ford corporate since no one has been any kind of help. If I could give negative reviews, I would.

I had a great experience buying a car at Pacifico Marple Ford thanks to Bob Gallop and Sean Morris. To give you a little background I am 24 years old and this was my first new car purchase. I had been doing my homework on different cars that I was interested in buying and I determined that Ford had a few models that stuck out to me. I have a few Ford dealerships that are closer to my home but at the advice of a friend who had previously purchased several cars there, I stopped in at Pacifico Marple and I was not disappointed. From day one I felt as if they honestly wanted me to make the right decision for myself and were more than happy to let me take my time and weigh my options. Bob Gallop was the first guy I had the pleasure of meeting and at that point I was deciding between 3 different vehicles. He was great and let me take out all three for a test drive no questions asked and made it quite easy for me to determine which vehicle I liked best without pushing me one way or the other off the bat. What really surprised me is the fact that when it was convenient for me to come in to follow up with the financing part and Bob wasnt scheduled to work he didnt try to reschedule or anything he simply put me in contact with his co-worker Sean Morris and assured me I would be in good hands. Sure enough Sean was another great person to do business with, he made everything easy to understand and when going through the details of my payments he included EVERYTHING (taxes, tags, trade-in value etc.) so there were no surprises when I was signing on the dotted line. I would honestly recommend anyone to go to Pacifico Marple if they are considering buying a car. I have loved my car since day one and still do (it has been almost 3 months since I took it home). The cars speak for themselves, Ford has done a great job recently redesigning most models, but the staff is what will keep me coming back and hopefully sending more business their way as well. Thanks so much Bob and Sean for a great first time buyer experience! - Chris

Sales department is sneaky, unknowledgeable, and will do everything they can to take advantage of you. The sales women who I worked with, at first, appeared to be very nice and caring. While this assessment may have been true, she had no knowledge of the cars that she was trying to sell. Any question on what certain indicator lights in the car meant or how to use certain features left her with a confused look on her face and her replying, “I’ll have to look into that”. In fact it took her and another salesmen a few minutes to figure out how to even lock up the car that she was showing me. In addition to her lack of knowledge, in filling out the paperwork I caught her once “mistakenly” filling in a wrong number which would have changed my the total amount that I owed. The only other member of their staff which I dealt with during my visit was Herman, one of their sales managers. On top of insulting me by offering me almost $2000 less than their “guaranteed trade in offer” simply because my A/C was on the fritz when I told him his offer was too low he talked down to me and made me feel like I was out of my mind to try to get a dime more. I admit the guaranteed online offer did not take into account the malfunctioning A/C, but to take off 35% of the value of the car simply cause the A/C wasn’t working is absurd. Herman generally was awful to deal with and came across as a very arrogant man who would do anything he could to take advantage of you in every possible way. The absolute best part of my visit to Pacifico Marple Ford Lincoln Dealership was the fact that I got out without giving into their pressure to force you into a terrible deal. My entire drive home I felt so happy that I got out and would never have to deal with any of their sales staff again.
