We had a terrific experience working with Don Morrison at Wynn Volvo. My wife and I were considering getting a bigger car for our growing family and spent some time test driving various 7-seat vehicles on the market. After test-driving the XC90 at Wynn, both of us walked out impressed with both the car and the customer service. Just to give you some background, we’re the kind of people who conduct extensive research, multiple test drives, and thorough investigations into dealerships that we’re dealing with. But after just two meetings with Don, we had pretty much decided that we wanted to go with Volvo. The reasons were varied: the car had unsurpassed space in its class, its look and feel were outstanding, it was extraordinarily fun to drive, and Volvos priority for safety is second to no other manufacturer. But perhaps most importantly, we also felt that we had connected with Don and would continue to receive the kind of customer service that we wanted. Don made himself readily available to us at a moment’s notice, was responsive to phone calls and emails, and incredibly patient with us during our search. My wife and I requested some features on the car that couldn’t be found in any dealer’s inventory nearby, and he worked with us for weeks to find the exact car we wanted, sending us daily links and photos to dozens of cars. To make matters even more difficult, in the middle of our search I dropped a bombshell on Don: I needed to find our car and sign the lease in 5 days because I wanted to surprise my wife with it for our anniversary. Any other salesperson would have probably told me to pound salt at this point after all of the time he invested with us, but not Don, he rose to the challenge. Together we concocted a plan to keep this whole thing a secret from my wife (which was very difficult, because she was very involved in the search process at this point), and he seemed authentically excited for us and happy to participate in the surprise. Don helped me to find the car that we were looking for and get everything ready for my Saturday morning surprise. Needless to say, my wife was ecstatic! And it was all thanks to Don. I’ve bought and leased several cars throughout my life and never have I had a purchasing experience that has even come close to this one. We couldn’t be happier with our decision, and we owe many thanks to Don for holding our hands throughout the process and making our special moment possible.

Wynn Volvo Cars was excellent in my used car purchase. This review will show the integrity and honesty of the sales representatives who assisted me. I worked with Anthony Petaccio and Ben Cook, Sales Manager. Being out of state, I had to depend on their words. This was especially important as there was an issue with the paint being damaged from removing the painted pin stripes that included the previous owners initials in the stripes. So I had to trust them on the operation of the car as well as the appearance of the paint areas. In the many photos and videos from Anthony, the silver paint made it difficult to accurately see the paint blemishes. Instead of simply saying (giving an opinion) that the paint is fine or hardly noticeable, Anthony sent many detailed pictures and said that the "it IS noticeable" and "you will see the blemishes." Anthony was very patient and always included detailed answers on the car and certainly the paint situation. Again, he could have honestly said that it was not that bad, etc. Instead, he risked my not buying the car due to his honest and accurate description of the car. Anthony immediately replied to my questions as if I was buying the most expensive New Volvo versus the $19,000 Used Mercedes Car.....I am very glad that I bought the car as it is an excellent car. And Ben provided an excellent shipping company that delivered the car 2 days after I bought it. For as much as could have gone wrong here, Anthony and Ben made this a simple and honest transaction even with me being across the country. I bought a car from them without seeing it live and without driving it. And I definitely would buy another car from them without seeing it live or driving it. Thank you.

The personalized service by both the salesperson Sandy Mason-Bealer and the Sales Manager Ben Cook was excellent in early 2014 when I leased a new Volvo from Wynn. They answered extensive questions promptly in response to my emails, always gave me accurate information about the new car, met the lowest Leasewise quote (from 7 dealers in the area), gave good advice when I was choosing options,and worked with me to understand the details of their monthly payment using the Leasewise Leasing Worksheet so that I was sure I understood where all numbers came from and was reassured that there were no hidden charges in any aspect of the lease. I also contacted two other dealers, and each of them had major problems as far as giving me inaccurate information on the car, failing to answer emails in a timely manner, inflating the price with hidden charges, and various other aggravations. I had no problems of that nature or in any other regard with Wynn. I highly recommend this dealership, which has been around many years. They have survived for a reason. BTW: They are not in the heart of Norristown. They are approximately at Egypt Road and Main Street, which is in a safe area outside the heart of Norristown, so I have no concerns about visiting the dealership even in the evening, something which is important to me as a woman.

I absolutely felt no pressure from my saleswoman (Sandy) at the showroom. She was quite knowledgeable about the XC 60 I was looking for. Right amount of follow ups but not too much to turn me off from Wynn. Showed me the inventory list and helped me to search for the XC 60 with all the options and exterior color I wanted even though Wynn sold out the ones I wanted. Talked to my auto insurance company ahead of time to get my temporary insurance for the new car ready prior to my arrival to pick up the car. Took extensive time to explain everything to me regarding all the functionalities of the car and helped me setting up account and Volvo On Call app. Bob, the general manager, didnt pressure me to buy all the extra packages or extended warranty. I ended up buying the wear and safety extended warranty with full explanation and benefits of why I should purchase it. Will definitely recommend friends and family to buy from Volvo. May consider to trade-in and buy another new Volvo from them in the future.

We had an excellent experience with Ben Cook, sales manager at Wynn Volvo. We made a good deal with Ben for our trade-in and new order. Due to production capacity circumstances at the Volvo factory, we had to wait seven months for our new vehicle to arrive. During this time, Ben kept us up to date on a regular basis every step of the way from car production, completion, shipping, arrival and delivery. He is very responsive both on email and phone. Ben delivered on everything we asked for and he didn’t miss any details of the special requests we had for delivery prep. Ben made this a positive car buying experience and we will do business with Ben again in the future. Don Morrison was also very helpful on delivery day getting our Volvo On Call set up and answering questions we had with any features and getting acquainted with our new vehicle.
