I needed to purchase a third car for our family and was told by a work associate about Dileos Auto Sales, they are a small dealership just outside of Norristown pa, I called and spoke with. Marc the sales manager, he asked me what type of vehicle I was looking for and made a appointment to meet with me, We met the following day and he showed me what my options were , Marc was very helpfull and polite, I selected a very nice Honda Accord sedan, the vehicle was fully serviced and had new pa state inspection and was fully detailed, the vehicle is sold with their standard warranty but I decided that I wanted a little more coverage so Marc suggested a 6 month aftermarket warranty. My buying experience was pleasurable and I would recommend Dileos to anyone looking for a good pre-owned vehicle.

I was referred to Dileos by a relative as I knew I wanted to purchased a pre-owned vehicle but wanted to deal with someone I could trust. After meeting Bob and Elliot I felt extremely comfortable as they were not pushy.... They were more interested in knowing what I wanted in a car and how they could help versus getting a quick sale. When I came in to pick up the vehicle we selected, Elliot had it looking perfect. Parked in a special spot and just waiting to be driven off the lot. Elliot made my wife and I feel at ease and made the entire process extremely easy and quick. When I got the car home I felt more confident in the purchase and how I was treated. I purchased a mid-year Chevy from Dileo approximately a year ago, since that time weve had nothing but problems with a car we were told had no problems, and all work done to the car by Dileo made it a great car. The transmission has been an issue since about 2 months out of Dileos. The "fantastic" paint job they did started chipping day 1, and now we just found out they put on a "mickey mouse" catalytic converter and welded it in. This car has cost us more pain then anything. Suffice it to say, we are never going back to Dileos.

I"ve purchased multiple cars from Bobby. You will not find a more honest person from whom to purchase a vehicle. His knowledge of the vehicles he is selling (and other vehicles) is top notch as well. Lets face it, when buying a used car, we all worry that the seller is hiding something. You do NOT need to worry about this with Dileo. I know for sure they meticulously comb over every vehicle they sell to find and repair any issues.
