BEWARE of Gateway Kia!! They LIE to get you into a car that you DO NOT want!!! We were pushed into a Kia Sedona and told that after a year if our credit score went up we could trade the car in for another, more desirable model. After a year of owning a KIA Sedona we were totally turned off, between the way it handles in ran (fish tailing and sliding) to the RIDICULOUS financing we were shoved into (19% interested rate with a CUT-THROAT lender). With that being said, we decided to go back to KIA 14 months later to trade the Sedona. Well, apparently despite the promise of being able to trade in the van for a different car as long as our credit score went up (which it did by 100+ points), we were told we were too "upside down" on the loan. They were only willing to give us 16K for the Sedona when we purchased it at 28K. The car depreciated by 45%!!!!! Our loan hasnt budged despite us making over 9,000 in payments and we are now stuck in this loan!!! The saleperson we had last year was JAMES and he is now the finance manager. BEWARE!!! Oh they also use a credit scoring system that automatically adjusts your score to be 40-50 points lower then it actually is (thereby enabling them to be able to capitalize on high interest sub prime loans). Do NOT get wrapped up in this dealership they are HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

Had a very bad experience there. The sales person Sam was extremely nice--no complaints with him. We were looking for a Kia Optima. To start, Gateway Kia adds their now sticker on the window next to the factory MSP sticker. $3995 "Gateway Kia Value Package" For $4000 you get: ugly "hand painted pinstripe", "Mudguards", "USB cable", & "Remote Start". That is at most $250 worth of stuff! So you start the negotiation (with a manager, not sales person) with a price that is $4000 over MSRP! I was able to get them to go down to the MSRP price but no lower. And then they said the remote start would not be included. Best deal I got from them was stupid mudguards, ugly pinstripe, and a USB cable all for MSRP price. I ended up finding a a SIGNIFICANTLY better "walk out the door cost" at two other dealerships (walk out the door cost = new car - trade in price +plus all other fees and taxes) and those dealerships did not play numbers games or put that ugly pinstripe across both sides of the car. Sam or salesman was very nice but the manager and the sales practices they use there are manipulative I hope Sam finds a job ant one of the other dealers that does not play numbers games! If you do go there I recommend you ask for Sam, at least he is honest and helpful with his part.

My wife and i purchased a Sorento there on July 3. As we were finishing paperwork we realized there was only 1 key for the car so we were told if they couldnt find it by the end of the day they would order us a new one and overnight it to us as soon as it came in. After 2 weeks we contacted them again if they had heard about the key thinking that would be enough time around the holiday to let us know about its progress. After getting plain answers or not getting called back at all every couple of days for the next month and a half the order for the key was finally placed. Now it finally came in 2 and a half months after we bought the car and were told we can come pick it up between 8 and 5 Monday to Saturday. After saying we wouldnt be able to have enough spare time to drive down there for another 6 weeks or so due to our business being very busy this time of year the reply was "Sounds good, it will be here waiting for you". If it wasnt for getting the first 2 oil changes for free I would never go this dealership again. Sad too because our experience was good on the day of sale. Its afterwards that they forget about you.

I told the salesperson about 20 times that I honestly dont want a brand new car. I wanted a specific model used. After a wild goose chase through the parking lot in chilly autumn weather, which could have easily been avoided by having a look see at an inventory sheet, he sat me down at his desk and brought in his manager so they could double team me on the new car thing. They simply didnt have what I was looking for and that was okay, but neither of them wanted to hear that. The showroom was empty and there was a look of desperation in their eyes, so I got out before they tied me to a chair and started making me sign things. The salesperson even tried to chase me out into the lot when I went back to my car to leave. Jeez, it was like breaking up with a boyfriend. Its not you, Gateway Kia. Its me. Maybe we can still be friends.

Lile always, when I go to Gateway Kia ,Quakertown, I always get fantastic service and am treated with respect. We have been customers going on 5 years now. I love the extra things they do such as today when they washed the pollen off my car. Thank you for that! And at no extra cost to me! Great customer service! Dan mclaughlin went over my bill with me and took the time to answer any questions i had. Again, thats great customer service! I recommend them to anyone who wants great service at a fair price. And not to forget Don who has helped me out over the years. Most recently i asked his advice for a good body shop and i took his recommendation and am very pleased withthe outcome. Thanks to all of you in the service department!

While our salesman did an amazing job showing us a car and being considerate of the fact that we were not buying a car that day his "Boss" was the biggest condescending jerk I have ever met. He refused to give us a lease price or a trade-in value without our commitment to buy a car. He kept telling us he didnt have enough information to give us a price despite the fact that our salesman had filled out a trade-in/lease form upon our arrival and took our car keys so that we would have hard numbers upon our return from our test drive. Every question the "boss" asked was already answered on that form. We will never buy a car from Kia or from Gateway. The salesperson, Rob, was amazing but his boss blew his sale.

In 2011 we bought a new Sportage and Sorento from Gateway Kia of Quakertown.Late last year we traded in our Sorento for a new Sorento. Then yesterday we traded in our Sportage on a new Optima. Not only have we been happy with our sales experience but we also been very happy with the service department. Our sales person on our last two purchases was Ciara Figliuolo. Ciara goes out of her way to make sure the customer gets the best deal. Keep up the great work Gateway Kia of Quakertown................... My wife and I recommend that if you are in the market for a new/used car, go see Ciara at Gateway Kia in Quakertown.... Two very satisfied customers, Bob and Rosie

My wife and I have been buying cars for over thirty years. James Milligan is the most professional salesman we have ever dealt with. He spoke clearly, explained all aspects of the buying process and helped us make an educated decision empowering us to buy a new vehicle instead of feeling like we had been sold one. He was extremely busy the day he helped us with our purchase, now we know why. We recently stopped by the dealership to have new phones mated with our bluetooth system. James remembered who we were when we pulled up to the front doors, we bought the Sorento six months prior, pretty amazing. Thanks again!!!
