EDIT: That other guys review is so scripted. Its super obvious that its a fake account since it was created just after my review and never used since. They didnt even set up the profile. Just more evidence that these guys will lie to get your money. Pretty awful experience. Was promised that the car they sold me was going to last me at least a few years. After bringing it home it was very apparent that their "Just inspected" sales pitch was just to slap some stickers on it since my local mechanic said the car would completely fail an inspection. They refused to let me have it looked at by another mechanic before buying since they claimed that their in house mechanics already gave it a thumbs up. There was oil raining off of the bottom of the car, leaky radiator after their bakers dozen of additives they filled this sucker with started wearing off after the first day and when I tried to get them to take the car back for lieing to me they threatened me and kicked me out, I shouldnt have come back alone since they thought theyd be able to intimidate me in to leaving. When a bulb went out it turned out the bulb was fine and that the connector was broken and they had "fixed" it with tape that had started to come off. The car died a few months later when the engine failed. Id be more mad if the car wasnt cheap but it was. Lesson learned. Oh yeah, there was lots of hidden rust that was rattle can painted over without even sanding off the original rust that was revealed when the spray paint flaked off. These guys are crooks. I also heard they pulled a gun on a mechanic that quit that used to work for them when he tried to bring his own tools and tool boxes with him.

Been taking my vehicle to TopAuto for over a year now for all my automotive maintenance needs. (Oil changes, inspections, repaired exhaust manifold and more). Grew tired of the big name shops overcharging for years and getting the run around for too long. Everytime I walk out of TopAuto with my keys in hand I know that they went above and beyond to address the concern it was brought in for as well as looking over the vehicle to provide me with ideas of what and when I may be looking to have to address other items of concern in the future as well as quotes to budget accordingly if needed. All around good people who care about you and your vehicle and treat you as a customer/friend and not just some other invoice number like the big name shops do!

I moved here in November, asked trusted friends where I should go, after the big name auto places on the 309 strip told me I needed all sorts of work that I knew I did not. I am so glad I found these guys. They are honest, they are nice, you wont go wrong taking your car here, or buying from them. I have been there several times, and they dont just buy any car at the auction to sell, they are very careful to get good cars to sell to the public. When it is time for me to buy a car, I will be going to them. Until then, they are my go to place for anything my vehicles need.

In my search for the car-of-my-dreams, this was by far the most pleasant stop I have made. Sam (Gen. Mgr) is very personable & knowledgeable; not a high-pressure salesman, he was very amenable to my needs and requests. Though Im still looking for that perfect (used) car, I would definitely shop at Top Auto again b/c the cars are crisp & clean and reasonably priced w/a staffed service center on-site. If youre in the Lehigh/Delaware Valley (or beyond), make this a must-see on your list.

I have now been a regular patron at this dealer and I have never had any problems. I bought my Subaru here and its never had any problems. it came with a 6 month guarantee and the mechanic here has done all the services for my car flawlessly. and if that wasnt enough the owner treated me like I was family. I have had the BEST experience at this dealership and I highly recommend it to anyone that wants quality service. .

Excellent!!!!!! We Spent 3 days dealing with many different dealers and Top Auto Center was by far the most helpful. They were honest, straight forward and had a large selection at a my price range.
